MAHNOOR:
ABBA ji brought Ali back home and called all the servants
" if  you people see someone from Orakzai's immediately call me understand and the news of that Ali is back will not leaked ok " abba hi said in anger . The servants said yes and  ABBA ji asked them to leave ... more guards comes to our home to protect us from Orakzai's... ABBA ji told us ( me and Ali)  not to go outside. To Ali ABBA ji strictly said to stay inside the house not even roam out in the house premises....
"ABBA ji in few weeks I have to go to the university " I said to ABBA ji
" quiet now we will see this later" ABBA ji said in anger...
ABBA ji called Taya ji ( my uncle ) they all came to our house except Asher because of his job ...
I felt bit better because of Huma and Huda...
Aunty got busy with Amma ji ...
It was Monsay morning when a person from Girga( village court) came  at on our door step and gave a message from the elders of Girga that today ABBA ji and Ali has to attend the village court  by 11 am .
ABBA ji decide not to take Ali with him and lie to Girga that he did not came home after the accident and taya ji driver will drive him quietly to the city in his house on the same  day when we are in Girga  .
Taya ji asked abba not to do this , Ali has done wrong we have to admit and we will request them to take money instead of Ali because we can give alimony .
ABBA ji first hesitated but he got agree on one condition.
" I will not take Ali with me and told them  that Ali did not came back after the hunt but we are agree to give money instead of Ali ." ABBA ji said to taya ji ...Taya hi agreed and they both went to the village court.

HAMZA:
baba and Dilawar bhai file a case against the Ali Sardar in village court ...
The court called us on monday at 11 am .
It was monday morning we were sitting in our living room and around 10 days have been passed when our beloved brother left us .
" I have a question in my mind , if they did not bring Ali to the court and ask us for money ? We dont need money ...then what will we do?" I said in anger to Dilawar bhai
" yes I had this question in my mind , if this situation comes you will see what I will do with them" Dilawar bhai said in anger...
Its was 10: 40AM when we start our cars to move to the court ( village court).
(The village court was situated near the fields on a big area under the trees, where people put 5 to 6 wooden and cane beds like couches and floor  mates for villagers to sit ) .
As we reached the court I saw big crowd was there all were gathered near the court area and many more people are coming towards the area.
Villagers gave us the way to the court area , the people of court make us sit on the couches.
I was eager to see Ali , with anger I was closing and opening my fists . I was praying that Ali will come and I want him to be hanged till death....
I looked at Dilawar bhai and ABBA ji who sat  next to me their condition is same as me ...
It was 11 am when I saw 2 to 3 jeeps came and 2 mens with many guards like us came out from the jeeps , the court mens make them sit on the other side of couches , on centre couches the court members sat ...
Then a  court member stands from his place and make the crowd quiet ..
The main member stands and said
" Orakzai's filed a case that Ali Sikandar son of Malik Sardar killed their Son in the jungle of Kaghan and guard was an eye witness, please call the guard "
Guard came in front and tell the whole story to the court ,
The member of the court stands again and said " he is not the only witness we have more witnesses  Dilawar caught Ali and he admitted that he had a fight and he killed his brother and his statement is recorded ,but unfortunately Ali ran from there,   I want to know from Malik saab that where is Ali "
" I dont know that where is Ali , he did not came back from that day we are also looking for him " Malik Sardar lied to Girgha
"But we heard that Ali is with them  " I spoke loudly in court in anger Dilawar bhai ask me to be quiet.
I sat back in anger ..
" it's not the truth he didn't came back but as you said he did the murder I admits because you have proves. I can understand how Orakzai's are feeling right know I know they are angry but what can I do if I dont have Ali with me ...when ever I find him I bring him to the court it's my promise but I am ready to give the blood  money to them ." Malik Sardar said in deep sorrow .... I looked at the crooked man with anger ...
Then Dilawar bhai stood up
" I want to talk to the members of the court in private" Dilawar said, members stood up and walked with Dilawar bhai to the back of the trees they talked there for 5 mins and came back to their places...
In these 5 mins I saw Malik upset .... the man who came with Malik Sardar ( his big brother) patted him on his shoulder .
Again Girga member stood up and said
" first we will check your home that Alinis there or not"
" what are you talking , I will not allow men to enter ladies side of my house " Malik stood up and said in anger
" Malik Sardar we know this very well so some of our ladies will go and check the ladies side of your house if we will not found Ali there then tomorrow we will decide that what will be our verdict" the member of Girgah said to Malik ...
On hearing this I saw him relieved.
I looked at Dilawar bhai and said in anger "what is this Dilawar bhai? I dont understand this  dont you know that may be they send Ali to somewhere else "
Dilawar bhai said" wait till tomorrow" 
And we all goes with court members to their house to check that Ali is there or not but as I expected Ali was not found there...
I came back home from there in anger " to hell with this Girgah ,  illiterate people , how they will do the justice" I banged the wall with my fist.
Next day Dilawar asked me to go with him but I refused to go in anger and Dilawar bhai left the house with baba ...
I had my breakfast and sat with Baybay. Amina bhabi went back to her parents house because of iddat( a period of time , 2and a half months in which widow cannot go out or meet with any man except her brother ,father and son).
We mens are here so she prefers to go back to her parents house.
" baybay I dont know what's in baba and Dilawar bhai's mind ,Ali ran away from his home as well. .I dont know why baba let Ali ran away even Dilawar bhai caught him" I said in a sad and angry tone...
" listen beta we already loose one of our son we dont want to loose Dilawar or you , what your Baba decides is good for all of us " she said in a sad tone ...
But baybay why we leave our brothers blood revenge" I said in anger
" just listen to your baba what ever he said to you that's my request to you " baybay said in a request .
" I dont understand what's going on but I promise you I will listen baba" I promised my baybay...
We were talking when a lady servant  came to us
" Hamza sarkar ,baray sarkar called you in a Girgah" she said with respect
I got up from my place and head to my car.
