Berlin, Germany

JJ pushed her hood back over her head as the thunder clapped over head.

She looked down at her mother’s gravestone and her father’s.

She bent down and touched the graves.

JJ closed her eyes and dropped her head.

“I'm so sorry for what has become of us.”

JJ glanced over her shoulder as Gigi sat in the car and the rain picked up.

“Hey JJ, where are you going this late?” Dallas asked her at 3 in the morning.

“I just wanted to look something up.” JJ said back to him.

                “Is everything ok with you?”

“I really don’t know anymore. I mean everything with my grandmother, I don’t know what to do and with my brother calling me and saying my sister is dead. I don’t know.”

                “I'm sorry about your sister.”

JJ looked back at him, “What do you know about Klaus?”

“I know he is barely around but he is a shadow when he is here.”

JJ nodded her head back at him.

                “What are you looking for?”

                “Proof, I think.”

“Proof for what JJ, what are you trying to prove with everyone?”

                JJ looked back at him.

                “I'm sorry that was wrong.”

“No Dallas, you are right, I have to stop proving things to people.”

“It is just that I got here and my life just slowed down and I was able to wake up.”

“What did you see when you woke up?”

“I saw that maybe I was better off dead.”

JJ narrowed her eyes back at him.

“My family was killed for me. They were all murdered for me. Do you know I have to live with that for the rest of my life?”

“My mother or the lady I live with now, is the one that killed my mother and father.”

                Dallas looked back at her.

“She picked me up and took me away from this life and put me into another.”

“Do you hate her for what she has done to you?”
