I sat in the middle of the room as I saw someone walk past the door.

I glanced down at my hands and saw the blood covering them.

I closed my eyes as the storm picked up above me.

“If you don’t fight then you don’t live.”

I looked back at Abaddon as she pushed me harder.

I got up from the ground holding my side. “You could have hurt me.”

“Victoria, you will never learn how to fight unless you get hurt.”

I glared back at her as she walked away from me.

“So you want me to get hurt?”

Abaddon glanced back at me, “You have wondered so many times what you are and how you came to be like this?”

                I looked back at her.

“I have fought for so long to help you figure out who you are!”

                I stood up watching her.

“For fucks sake Victoria, look at you! Look at who you are!”

“I don’t know what you want me to do Abaddon!”

“I want you to become soulless! You need to become cold. You need to be something inhuman.”

I watched as she walked over to me.

She placed the blade on my throat, “No reaction, and no threat. Just look into my eyes and I want nothing. I need nothing!”

I looked up at her and Abaddon tossed me down.

“You won't last another moment if you continue this.”

I got up and ran at her.

I struck her across the face grabbing her by the throat looking her in the eyes.

Abaddon smiled back at me, “You got it now.”

I tossed her down on the ground, “I have always had it I just didn’t wanna prove to you who I was.”

Abaddon got up brushing herself off.

“You want me to believe that you were always this cold?”

I glared back at her, “I am the best and you know it.”

                “You are something else Victoria.”

I glared down at my feet, “You know that isn't my name.”

Abaddon cracked a smile back at me, “Viveca, you are growing into what your mother never wanted you to be.”
