Apparently astounded,
By how vegetarian roast belly,
Was really made,
I slowed down my pace,
And asked for vegetarian knuckles,
As well as vegetarian pepperoni.
"O... I also have braised veggie knuckles,
If you would like to have one, "
The chef introduced a new dish,
I had never before, tried,
"O... fantastic, yes,
One of that, thanks. "
Then I had vegetarian pizza,
With Continental and braised veggie knuckles,
Feeling the serenity of an era,
That had finally come into conception,
With a sense of brotherliness,
As well as environmental awareness.
