Authors note: I suck at smut, I know but yeah. I republished the last one cause I wanted to edit the smut part. Anyway, here's the new chapter. Also, I'm sooo sorry for not updating in a while. I've been busy and I've had an EXTREME case of writers block.
Elena's POV
I wake up in Stefan's arms as I place my hand on his cheek, caressing it. I get up, trying not to wake him up. I put his button up shirt, leaving it unbuttoned because I have my bra on, along with my underwear. "Mm, come back." I hear his familiar raspy voice beg as I turn around and smile."Good morning." I smile, getting under the covers with him. Stefan presses his soft lips against mine as I pull away, resting my forehead on his. "Last night was.." Stefan starts but I interrupt him. "Was great. Last night was great." I gush, hoping that's what he was gonna say. He laughs, kissing my neck and starts hovering over me. He pulls the blankets over us, restarting what we did last night.

I wake up to the scent of what I think is Bacon, Eggs and other breakfast foods. I slide some shorts on and keep his shirt on. I button up the shirt and make my down the stairs and towards the kitchen. "He-hello?" I whisper shout as I see a shirtless Stefan serving a plate. "Hey." He smiles as I sit down at the table. "Wh-where is everyone?" I question as he places a plate in front of me.
"Your dad left to work, Caroline's mom picked her up and Jermey and Bonnie are hanging out." He tells me as he sits next to me, holding my hand as I we eat the breakfast he just made. I play with his fingers, debating whether or not I should tell him. Tell him that I love him.
"Stefan. I need to tell you something." I speak up as he gives me a worried expression. I can't tell he's nervous as he gives my hand a gentle squeeze. "Of course.. you can tell me anything." He's right. I feel.. protected when I'm around him. I know I can tell him anything.
"I... I wanted to tell your food is great." He smiles. I look down nervously, thinking of how much of a coward I am. I... chickened out. "Thanks?" He reply's, making it sound like a question. I nod and continue eating his food, which, by the way, is actually great.
"So, what're we doing today?" Stefan's ask's me. "Well, I was thinking we could go to the mall." I tell him, chewing on some bacon. "Sure." He continues eating his food.
-
"Finally!" Stefan exclaims, pulling into the parking spot. I giggle at him as he turns the car off. We've finally found a parking spot at the mall. "Let's go." He gets out to open my door. I look down and smile to myself as he grabs my hand, sending warmth throughout my body."So, where are we going first?" I hear Stefan ask. I bob my head up and sigh. "Well, I was thinking about going to Victoria's Secret," I start but see a smirk spread across Stefan's face. "Stefan!" I playfully shove him.
We step into the mall and I immediately feel the fresh air conditioning hit my face. "Okay, I'm gonna head to Victoria's Secret. I don't want you to uh, ... see what I'm getting so, go do some shopping." I wink and he winks back. "Okay, text me when you're done." He tells me and I nod.
Stefan's POV
I sit on the bench they have inside the mall. I kinda just scroll on my phone before deciding to take a look around. I look up and see a jewelry store. I know Elena's birthday is coming up soon so I decide to go check it out. I enter the jewelry store as an employee walks up to me to greet me."Hi, and welcome. My name is Amber. Is there anything I can help you with?" Her hazel eyes stare into mine as she smiles. "Uh, Yeah. Could you show me where all the necklaces with letters are?" I ask and she nods her head up and down. "Of course. Follow me." She leads me to the other side of the store as we pass all the jewelry in the glass cases.
We finally stop in front of a glass case filled with necklaces that have each letter of the alphabet. "What letter would you like?" She twirls a strand of her blonde, curly hair around her finger. "E, please." I respond as she heads to the back. "Okay, here are all of the "E" necklaces." She places a few different necklaces on the surface.
"So, who're you buying for? Mom, grandma... aunt?" She nervously plays with her fingers. "Uhh, no, actually. It's for my girlfriend." Her face immediately gives me a frown and she narrows her eyes at me. "Oh.." she sighs, sounding disappointed.
An awkward silence fills the room as I look at all the necklaces. I find this silver, cursive E that I think Elena will like. "Uh, yeah. This one." She almost violently picks it up and goes to the back. "Here. Your girlfriend's a lucky lady, by the way." She hands me a black box. I pay her the amount and walk back to the bench I was sitting at, making sure she couldn't see the box through my inside pocket. (Of the jacket.)
I sit around for a good fifteen minutes before Elena walks up to me, holding two Victoria secret bags. "Okay, I'm done." She tells me as I nod my head up and down. "Okay, time for other places." She practically squeals. "Hold on. Let me take your bags." I place my hand forward but she only hands me one bag. "You're not seeing what's in this one." She states as I groan. "Okay, lets go." She smiles and starts walking around.
authors note... again: Sorry this is a boring chapter! I've had a horrible and I mean HORRIBLE case of writers block. Thank you guys for sticking with me though. Love you all. <3
