Herbert Paghert was born in 1901, he was not born in wealth and high society, but he worked his way to the top and ended being a tailor, or at least that is what everybody thinks, but behind that humble job a secret hides, he is a Mobster and has killed more than 15 people since 1922. He doesn't let anyone know his secret and leaves no witness, it doesn't matter if it is a friend, a familiar, a child, a woman or a stranger, he can't let anyone know.
