Brendan leads the group away from the Masquerade Fast-querade coaster and toward a split pathway with a single wooden post with a few arrow shaped directional signs protruding from the top part of it. One one of the eerily chipped arrows reads 'Kids Zone and World Show'scapade Lagoon' with a bunch of highlighted attractions listed below. This arrow points to a pathway that leads north of where they are standing.
"I hate forks in the road. I never know where to go!" Brett whines. "I just let Bray decide and all is good." He nuzzles his head against Brayden's shoulder.
"OhmyGod, Howden, keep it in your pants, not everyone here is gay or cares," Ben Thomas grumbles, throwing his eyes in an annoyed eyeroll. Or gives a flying fuck.
Brendan pinched the bridge of his nose, shaking his head. A faint roll of thunder sounds from a few miles out in the distance. The sun is long gone and night is settling in, clocking the theme park in an even more unsettling, spooky way. Colby keeps himself close to Otto, quiet and nervously glancing around.
"You're just jelly, Benny Boo," Brett purrs. "You don't have what Bray and I have and you never will."
Ben Thomas glares at Brett. "Just wait until you're all alone, pretty boy!"
Jo rubs his hands. "Same goes for you, Namestnikov!"
"EXCUSE ME?" Brayden blurts out, angrily in Ben Thomas' direction. "I know you did NOT just threaten my baby."
Brett wraps his arms around Brayden and kisses him gently on the cheek. "Easy, Bray, it's okay. He's just jealous and totally not worth it."
Brayden relaxes, but keeps glaring at the Syracuse defenseman.
"Y'all just gonna argue and threaten one another tonight or just let it go and try to enjoy the nice private peace and quiet. We were invited here and there's no one here, so whoever invited us, must have made sure this place was all for us so we could ENJOY it and have FUN. If you're not gonna abide by that, you can find the exit and leave," Brendan remark. "The rest who want to have fun, pick a damn attraction from here!" He throws his arm out, pointing up at the stake.
TT steps up to the stake, rubbing his hands. "Oooh..." He then throws his arm up to point at a cracked arrow that reads 'Serpentine', above another one that reads 'The Enchanting Plunge'. He snaps his head to look at Brendan. "Can we go here?! Can we?! Can we?!"
"Looks fun!" Jonne agrees. "I'm in!"
"Same!" William and Kasperi remark in unison.
Brendan nods his head. "Sounds like a plan!"
"Wait, so are we just gonna leave Mitch Hults...and maybe let him get eaten by a Florida Panther or pack of wolves or...an alligator or something?" Ville pipes up, grabbing Vladdy's hand into his own.
Brendan spins around to him. "What else are we supposed to do with him? Carry him around with us?"
"True..." Ville trails off.
"We have to leave him for now, sadly...unfortunately we'll just have to maybe get his remains when we're done here..." Brendan sorrowfully says. "Now come on."
Taylor looks at Ross. "This place is amazing!"
"And creepy!" Ross adds on, looking around. "We'd be best to not leave anyone behind and stick together, but...can I speak with you in the back of the group, while we head toward this Serpentine attraction?"
