He was anxious, nervous and satisfied at the same time.

How, you might ask. I wouldn't know either. You see, he's a different person and has a mind of his own. He seems like any other guy, but is his own person.

So, yeah. He was anxious, nervous and satisfied at the same time.

On the other hand, she didn't know what was going on inside that humongous head of his. She was in a blissful state, spending as much time with his sister and nephew as possible, keeping in mind what she might have to go through in a few months' time.

It's all math, you see.

When she found him watching her with a gentle smile on his face, she didn't know he was picturing a romantic scenario in his head that will become a reality if things go according to his plan.

They were inseparable, with no secrets burning holes in their conscience like a livid blue flame. They were together, breathing without suffocating each other. I call that true love, what do you call it?

Hours later when they were enjoying each other's solemn company, he stood up and held her hand as he took her to the open balcony that was lit under the starry sky. It's her favorite spot, you see. So many times he has found her cuddled up in a corner and reading, writing, editing a story in the breezy aura that is present here in abundance.

That is exactly why he decided to do this here, and not the Eiffel Tower.

Without wavering his gaze, he pulled out their metaphorically boxed future and did what he had to.

And she couldn't find the right words to express her feelings.

So she did what she had to, because this former bartender had promised to spike her drink with magic once upon a time. And he did a lot more than just that.

So words weren't enough anyway, were they?

~~~THE END~~~
A/N:
HEY GUYS!
I've finally completed this book and I couldn't be happier! I thoroughly enjoyed writing it, and hope that reading it was fun for you all as well. The comment box, like always, is open for constructive criticism. Please go ahead and tell me anything you'd want to. I'm all ears to your words.
One more thing though. I intentionally kept the ending open ended and vague because that's how a relationship can seem like when looked at from a distance. Hope you guys liked the little twist.
This book has been nominated for the Wattys 2019 so please please please vote!!!! I need your help and support! Thank you so much for stopping by and finishing this mild literary journey with me. I really do appreciate it.
Love always,
Angela ;)
PS. A new story coming up soon ;) Adios amigos!
