Naruto: Revenge In The Past

Anbu Tryouts (p2)

This will be my last chapter until sept 5-6

I'm leaving to see my grandparents and I won't have WiFi or anything like that >:(
Hope you enjoy! I'm gonna try to put lots of words to make this one good :)

Naruto impatiently ran around Konoha eager to watch Tenten during the Anbu Team Tryouts.
'I wonder if she passes and gets placed on my team' he thought then smirked because he could show off his skills to her. ' They always think of me as a baka. If Tenten will see that I'm this advanced, maybe I won't be this lonely.'
He sighed and felt his inside friend emphasize for him.

——time skip—- Hi :)

Naruto opened the big doors entering to the Anbu training ground where they would host the Anbu test. Naruto saw Captain Yuno and walked over to him curious to why nobody was  at the training ground.
"Naruto..you're 2 hours early"
Naruto's jaw dropped
2 HOURS! This is dumb. What am I gonna do for 2 hours? I can't hang out with anyone and I can't train because the villagers will see me.

We all know how that goes.. Kurama chimed in.

Naruto laughed and suddenly, his mind sparked an idea.
"I'm going to go see someone"

—Time Skip—-         I hope this chapter ain't boring :(

Tenten was training near her house when she heard some shuffling in the bushes
"Ow"
"Damn it"
"Ouch that HURTSS"
Tenten walked over and the person stuck in the bushes, out.
"Naruto!?" She exclaimed.
"Sorry for interrupting your training Tenten." He sweat dropped.
"I was just trying to scare you while you were training, ya know, just for a laugh."
Tenten sighed and offered Naruto to be her practice dummy.
"I won't go easy on you Tenten." He smirked as he got out a Kunai.
Tenten laughed "Its not like you will beat me right? I know you beat Sakura but I'm MUCH stronger than her."
Naruto laughed inside his head, looked that her dead in the eye and whispered "1% power only."

—-after the fight——

Tenten was sweating more than she ever did during training. Naruto looked like he was tried. Although tired meaning sleep. He barely even moved a muscle and he won.
"C'mon Tenten. I need a challenge." He taunted at her
Tenten has no energy for a comeback so, she just laid on the floor laughing.
"Why are you laughing Tenten?" Naruto asked. He was confused.
Tenten finally stood up and wiped her tears.
"Oh man, wait until everyone else sees ur power." She said, still wiping her tears.
"I guess that will be funny, but Sasuke and Sakura along with Kakashi- Sensei already saw my powerful Rasengan." He brought up.

Ino was working at her flower shop and doing her daily things when suddenly, her boyfriend Sasuke came in, with a serious look on his face.
"Sasuke, what's wronngggg?" She pouted as she extended the word 'wrong.'
Sasuke explained to her that he saw the ending of Naruto's spar with Tenten and that he beat her.
"Impossible" She exclaimed. "Tenten always win whenever we spar and I'm definitely better than that useless Uzumaki." She whined.
"Ino, I also came here for another reason." Sasuke says. This time, Sasuke had a faceless expression on him.
"I will be trying out for a spot on the Anbu team." These tryouts are for people with incredible skill and or strong bloodlines."
Sasuke continues " So, if I make it on the team, I have to train as hard as I can because, I need to catch up and beat him."
Ino was confused " Beat who Sasuke-kun?"
"That's none of your business Ino." He then finally broke the news to her.
"I'm breaking up with you." He told her.

2 hours had finally passed and Naruto was excited. He wasn't late and wasn't early so, he could watch the tryouts from beginning to end and then surprise Tenten. Captain Yuno was there along with Bear and Cat, his teammates.
There were also lots of Anbu there but Naruto guesses that they were proctors for the test.
Slowly and slowly people started opening the door to enter the training ground. They were of all ranks. Genin, Chunnin, and Johnin. After everyone that was trying out entered, they were split up into different groups with the same ranks. Naruto could see Sasuke and Tenten together in one group. Although you don't have to be a jounin to enter the tryouts, many jounin come here because they think they will have a higher chance of getting in, due to the amount of genin and chunnin.

—— Hi :)——-

The first and second test was easy for the jounin. All they had to do was preform some of their Jutsu and execute it on a test dummy. The chunnin had some trouble because the test dummy was made of a very strong stone. The genin, well, the genin all failed. Naruto facepalmed at the genin skill but secretly hoped that Tenten would make it on his Anbu team. He didn't care about Sasuke because Sasuke ruined his life. Although in the future, Sasuke had changed and was a good person. This Sasuke, in this timeline, was a weird person. Naruto had thought that he was a emo brodding Uchiha, but he actually cared about girls. Naruto found that out the hard way.
Naruto sighed and waited for the final test for the future Anbu members.

Hope you enjoyed this chapter. I love the support for this book and I will update a chapter as soon as I get WiFi. I might get it there (grandparents) but it will most likely come out during in September :(
