I walked in the room after putting Jayden down. Bey was sitting down on the bed watching a movie. "Your mother seems nice." I said to her sitting on the bed next to her laying my head on her shoulder.

"She wasn't always like this. She became like this when she wanted to get back with a person I refuse to call dad." She said shaking her head. "But before I start crying from reminiscing let's watch this movie. It's really good." She said focusing back on the tv.

I looked and was surprised. "Aye she looks like you Bey a lot like you." I said squinting my eyes. "Who Sharon?" She asked confused.

"Mhm." I hummed looking between the tv and Bey. She stared at Sharon before speaking. "Nah. Ion see it." She said shrugging. "Bitch that's a carbon copy of you!" I semi yelled laughing.

She chuckled. "Ok maybe a little resemblance but other than that I don't see it." She said showing the smile I love so damn much. I wanted her but I'm a person of my word. If I say she ain't gettin none, she ain't gettin none. Just gone have to be a horny mess tonight.. I thought.

"Whatchu thinking about? You staring real hard.. Not that I don't like it but still." She said chuckling. I chuckled back before leaning over and pecking her lips a few times. "Oh nothing." I said getting lost in those beautiful hazel eyes. "I'm starting to think you love saying 'Oh nothing' a lot." She said mocking me.

"Oh hush. Ion sound like that." I said laughing. "Uh yes you do." She said pausing the movie and facing me. "Aye this wasn't no reason to stop the movie. It was gettin good." I pouted. "Oh yes it was." She said with a goofy ass smile. I tilted my head in confusion.

Seconds later she playfully tackled me and began to tickle me. "Oh god stop!" I yelled laughing uncontrollably. "Nope." She said still tickling me. "Get the hell off!" I yelled now cackling. Apparently that was funny as hell to Bey and she started laughing that cute laugh of hers not letting me go.

I started coughing and that's when she started easing up. "Oou thank you Jesus." I said out of breath wiping my tears.

Bey chuckled before coming up to my face. "I love you." She said smiling. "I love you too." I returned the smile. Her lips attached to mine. My hands rubbed her shoulders before coming up and cupping her face.

She pulled away and kissed my forehead. "Since I ain't getting none tonight, we should stop here." She said still smiling. She took one of my hands off her face and kissed the back of it before laying down and engulfing me in her embrace. "Goodnight Nika." She said closing her eyes. "Night Ms. Knowles." I said snuggling more into her. I heard her chuckle before I went to sleep.

Nika was working with Mrs. Williams while I was working. I then saw Ms. Johnson walk over to me. "Nope uh uh get the fuck away from me." I said lowly shaking my head.

"Oh come on you know you want it." She said rubbing my shoulder. I looked at her like she had 10 heads. "Oh hell no I don't want it- don't touch me just move." I said swatting her hand away.

"I'm gonna have you Bey. Whether you like it or not I'm gonna steal you from the slut you're with." She whispered in my ear. The fact she was talking about Nika hurt me and I lost it. I stood up and roughly grabbed her by her arms before she could walk away.

"You listen here bitch. First of all don't be calling what's mine out her fucking name. Second of all you will never ever in your life have me. Can you not take a hint? I don't want shit to do with you. I don't even know your fucking first name. So god help me if you let those words come from that fast mouth of yours again or try some foul shit there will be fucking problems. I am NOT afraid to get my hands dirty. Neither is my family." I gritted before pushing her away from me. I sat back down and looked over seeing her standing there dumbfounded.

"Run along." I said waving my hand before typing on my computer. I heard her huff then stomp away. I glanced at Nika and saw her smirking at me. I winked at her before resuming my work.

"What happened with Ms. Johnson?" Nika asked me. I sighed and shook my head. "She said she was gonna steal me away from you and she called you a slut and-"

"Hold up, slut? The fuck? She the one who tryna be thirsty." Nika said leaning back in her seat.

"I know and I put her in her place after she did that. I told her not to call you out your name and I ain't want shit to do with her. I told her that if she try some shit she gone have problems with all of us: me, you, Shawn is like family so of course him, Julius, especially Tune." I said. "Yea she gone have to deal with me first." Nika said raising one eyebrow having a mug on her face.

"Alright ma it's your choice. Just wait for a while. If she does something else you can do whatever the fuck you want." I said shrugging.

"If she does something that's off the fuckin wall which I'm sure she is after what you told her, I'm making that bitch disappear." Nika said getting up going towards the stairs. I sat for a moment watching her before getting up and following her.

We sat at the dinner table talking about random shit. "Why must our lives be filled with drama?" Nika asked. I shook my head. "I don't even fucking know. It's like once we fix one problem another one shows up and it's fucking annoying." I said.

Shawn shrugged. "Aye everything happens for a reason. Maybe we all was meant to go through this shit together. We don't know what the reason for it is yet but we'll find out sooner or later." Shawn said. Nika and I nodded in agreement.

"Well I hope we know soon." Nika said grabbing my hand. I kissed the back of hers and smiled at her and Jayden. We would be adopting him soon and I was happy about that. I have a ride or die family and I'm glad they won't leave me hanging.

"Whatchu thinking about? You staring real hard.. Not that I don't like it but still." Nika said mocking me. I chuckled and leaned over and pecked her lips. "Oh nothing." I said.

"Y'all cute and what not." Shawn scoffed. We all busted out laughing before eating again.
