"T-taehyung? Seokjin hyung? What are you guys doing here this hour? And since when did you guys get along so well?" Namjoon was confound.
"It's a long story." Seokjin spoke up. He can't let Namjoon know that they actually bonded through jealousy and how they came up with a plan to come to this place so late at night. Absolutely not.
"Actually I heard from Jimin than Hoseok hasn't come back yet?" Taehyung cut through before Namjoon could ask more about how they know each other. That is a secret between him and Seokjin for now.
With that, Namjoon face totally fell. He sorrowfully shook his head and mumbled under his breath.
"No he hasn't..." Namjoon let out a shaky breath. He lowered his head even more then continued, this time whispered almost inaudible. "It's all my fault... It was my fault that he ran away..."
Taehyung and Seokjin noticed how disheveled the male looking at the moment. He is shivering all over and speak so small as if someone was about to hurt him. It made their heart clench seeing how their crush is having a hard time all over and certainly they're here to help.
"It's not your fault, you just did the right thing according to your feeling. There's nothing wrong about that. Hoseok just need some time and that's all." Seokjin stated, he leaned forward cup Namjoon's face. Tenderly moving his digits along the male soft honey skin as he said so. Namjoon hiccup but nodded lightly didn't push away from Seokjin touch, he's having his moment right there. He turned away to hide his flushed face otherwise.
"Yeah, lets talk about it inside before we all freezes to death out here." Taehyung said when he broke in between the flirtatious males in an angry manner. Namjoon didn't understand but Seokjin only let out a chuckled.
Seokjin closed the door behind him as they all headed to the living room. Taehyung dropped himself on the small couch then patted the small place beside him as he gestured Namjoon over. Being a obedient male Namjoon is, he headed to his destine seat and make himself comfortable beside his best friend. Seokjin rolled his eyes then decided to take a sit on the beanbag instead.
"Did something happen between you and Hoseok?" Taehyung asked, pretending as if he didn't know about Hoseok rejection. Namjoon only sighed, he scratched his head slowly while biting his lower lip. Hesitantly, he decided to tell them.
"Hoseok... He told me that he liked me but I can't return his feeling..." Namjoon said, he lifted his head up to look at both males before continue. "So he ran away... I-I was thinking of chasing after him but I think he need some space right now, I felt so guilty making him broken like that really... But I can't go lie to myself just because he's my friend, right?"
Seokjin nodded, not because he was happy now that one competitor has gone. But because he thought it was a right decision for Namjoon to make. It would hurt a person more if their feeling didn't get accept genuinely. "I think you made the right choice. Don't blame yourself just because you can't like him back." Seokjin answered, smiled fondly at Namjoon to silently say that he didn't do anything wrong and there's no worry about it.
"Yea Namjoon. There's nothing wrong about that. As I told you before, Hoseok only need some air to clear his mind and that's all. He'll come back soon." Taehyung said, backing up Seokjin. Both male gazed at Namjoon with their sparkling eyes full of courage, If eyes could glow this room would literally lit bright up like morning.
Namjoon knew they were trying to cheer him up. But the fact that Hoseok hasn't come back yet is killing him with guilt. However, he didn't want Taehyung and Seokjin to be more concern than they are now so he decided to change the topic.
"Now that I think about it, how come you guys come here together? When did you guys become friends?" Namjoon asked, his curiosity is pique up right away.
