AAAAANYYYYWHO here is the newest chapter and as you can tell by the chapter name our precious cinnamon role Seth **insert heart eyes. I really hope you guys enjoy this chapter and let me know what you guys think :)
I was walking in the woods as the wet dirt clung to my cold feet. The moon was the only source of light that I had. I recognised where I was, the river by the house, I was rarely allowed near here because of the treaty line. There was no one around so I figured I was safe.
After a few minutes of walking around I heard a loud howl, they obviously new I was here. But Carlisle had reassure to me that I would be fine. I was human. The bushes and trees on the other side of the river started to rustle and the sound of heavy breathing got louder and louder. As I was about to walk back home I lightly tanned wolf came to the edge of the water, it was staring at me, it was almost like it was like its eyes were following my every move. Although it didn't make me feel uncomfortable, it was almost like I was being watched over, more so being protected. The wolf continued to stare at me until a twig snapped behind us, making both of our heads snap. The wolf looked back at me, as if telling me to stay before howling and running off back into the woods.
When I woke up, I realised I was in an unfamiliar room, I tried sitting up and felt a sharp pain in my head and arm. Remembering what happened in Phoenix,. I looked at my arm that was tightly wrapped in bandages with a thick coat of plaster. The pain that surged through me in the Ballet studio had numbed down to a tolerable ache in my wrist.
Soon enough Esme and Carlisle came into the room, my mother was instantly on the chair next to me holding my hand in hers. My father sitting on the bed by my feet, both of them had a sad look on their faces. "How long was I out for?"
"A couple days." My father said softly. I had so many questions I passed out before anything happened. I hope Bella was ok. "What happened with James is he..?"
"Your brothers and sisters took care of everything, you're safe now." My father gave me a sad smile; I could tell something was up with them. "Is everything ok? You guys don't look so good. Do you need to hunt or something?" Both of my parents looked at each other briefly, worry plastered their face. "Umm, when Edward got the venom out we had to take you and Bella to the hospital we told them you had sustained some major head injuries they scanned to check if you had gotten any damage and umm.." My mother went silent and that's when I knew something was wrong. "Did something happen?" My mother looked as if she was going to cry, that's when my father decided to cut in. "You know how you have been having all those headaches?" I nodded remember the terrible migraines I had been having for the past few months. "Well the doctors did a scan they found something, but we are lucky because we found it during the early stages." Hearing him say this my entire body went into shock, I knew that it was bad that I was having bad migraines but I didn't know that it was from something worse. "What did they find? " I asked wanting to get more information out of him, whether the answer was good or bad." Well they found a growth Lacie." My mother looked like she was going to cry, and I knew that if she could cry she would. But I could, and I did.
--------A Few Weeks Later-------
Ever since we had got home from Phoenix I had been pretty much for to stay at home with Esme. Once a week I had to go to the hospital with my parents getting scans deciding what to next with my 'condition' as they called it. My hand was still in a cast; I would have to wait a few more months before I would be able to take it off. Considering most of my bones were crushed. I don't know what my parents told the doctors but none of them questioned anything.
Most of the days consisted of me walking around the house while Esme was in her office. When she has free time we will go sit outside together or do some painting, but today she had to go to away for the day to go see a client which left me with the house to myself. Rose and Alice said they could take the day off to spend with me so I wasn't alone but I told them I would be fine on my own. It wasn't that I didn't want to be around my family, I love their company but ever since the incident with James I haven't been able to spend some quality time with myself. I decided after spending a few hours reading and painting that I would go outside for a walk since it was such a nice day.
Once I stepped outside and sighed happily when I felt the cool dirt under my feet. I walked around aimlessly not really worrying where I was going, this was the first time in the past couple of weeks I wasn't thinking. I wasn't thinking about the same constant dreams that I had been having for the past couple of weeks or the doctors talking to my parents about the tumour that was growing. My headaches were getting worse ever since the incident with James. I came to a halt when I remembered a familiar sound; I looked over to my right to see the river that was moving quickly between the large rocks. I was trying to remember wear I had seen this place; I wasn't usually allowed to be this close to the river. That's when I remember my dream, the wolf. I didn't know why I cared so much about that dream but for some reason I had the urge to cross over the river. I remember my brother Emmett telling me about the Quileute's, and how they were werewolves. I wanted to know the face of the wolf that I had seen.
As I quickly jumped over the wet rocks I made my way through the thick trees I was stopped when I heard a twig snap behind me. When I remembered what happened in my dream, a peak of excitement hit me. I walked faster in hopes of seeing him when I heard a large snarl getting louder and louder. When I turned around I saw a large world with a dark black fur snarling its bright white teeth at me, it was so close I could feels its hot breath on my face. For almost a second I stood there too scared to move, just staring at the wolf in the face. As I was about to turn around again and run, when another wolf comes from my side tackling the larger wolf. Was this other wolf the one I had seen in my dream, was he protecting me? Both of the wolves had stopped fighting and the black wolf walked away with its head down, looking at me briefly before running back into the woods. Then I was left with the light brown wolf, I couldn't help myself looking into his golden brown eyes. We both stayed like this for a few moments when the wolf walked towards me and nudging his head on my chest before running off in the woods leaving me on my own.
As I walked back towards my house I was thinking to myself about the situation I was in. Did I really have feelings for a werewolf, more importantly a werewolf I've never met? I wonder who this boy was and why did I see him in my dream?
