Soon, it was time to eat. Everyone had their own friend groups, and they each gathered at different tables for dinner. Lea sat with Damian and Bri, and Aini and Sméagol joined them. Sméagol sat on one side of Lea, and Bri on the other. Damian and Aini sat across from them.
"Are you hungry, Sméagol?" Bri asked.
"Yes, we're very hungry," Sméagol replied.
"What kind of pizza do you like?"
"What's pizza, Precious?"
Bri was surprised. "You've never had pizza before?"
"There's no pizza where he's from," said Aini.
"Oh, that sucks," Bri joked.
Aini grinned.
"What do you usually eat?"
"Fish," said Sméagol, "so juicy sweet."
"Mmm, I like fish, too."
"Me, too," said Lea.
"We likes it raw and wriggling," said Gollum.
"He loves sushi," said Aini.
"Oh, I like sushi, too," said Damian.
"Eww, not me," said Bri. "It smells like vagina."
Lea snickered. "You're funny, Bri."
"You'll have to excuse us, Sméagol," said Damian. "We're very inappropriate people."
"We have dirty minds," Lea joked.
Sméagol grinned.
"So, we don't have any fish here," said Bri, "but do you wanna try some pizza?"
Sméagol hesitated.
"It's okay, Sméagol," said Aini. "Just try it, and if you don't like it, I'll stop and get you some sushi on the way back home."
"Alright," Sméagol said nervously.
"There's some foods he physically can't handle, because they literally hurt him to even touch."
"Ohh, I understand," said Lea. "There's foods I can't handle, either. I have sensory issues due to Autism, and there's certain textures I can't handle."
Bri placed a plate of plain cheese pizza in front of Sméagol. "Here, try this."
Sméagol picked up the slice of pizza, and slowly took a bite.
"Well?" Aini asked.
Sméagol finished chewing.
"How was it?" Lea asked.
"Delicious! We likes pizza!" Sméagol finished his slice.
"You want another one?" asked Bri.
"Yes, please."
"Do you wanna try a different kind?" asked Damian. "We also have pepperoni."
"That's my favorite kind," said Lea, "along with buffalo chicken."
"We have that, too."
"We try pepperoni," said Sméagol.
"Okay." Bri grabbed a slice of pepperoni pizza from the box, and placed it on Sméagol's plate. "There you go."
