"Morning Hanji."

I sluggishly walked into the lab this morning.

"Morning Eren! Oh- oh my you look like shit. What happened? I thought you and Levi made up?"

"Oh yeah, we definitely made up. And thanks, I hurt all over."

I groaned sitting at my desk logging into my computer.
I saw from the corner of my eye Hanji's face going from a look of concern to a look of lenny.

"Ooohhh reeaallllyyy~? I NEED DETAILS!!"

Soon enough Hanji's chair came flying towards me with her on it.

"H-Hanji that's none of your business what Levi and I do."

"Oohh yes it is! I've never heard of this side of Levi! I must know!! Was he top?! Oh I'm sure he was! By the marks right there I can tell you were the bottom! Now, here's the real question! What posi-"

"HANJI! CUT IT OUT!"

my face was now beat red, I swiftly pulled my hood up to my hoodie and continued my work.

"Oohh well, I'll just have to ask Levi."

She wheeled herself back over to the desk across the room. Continuing her work.

"I'm glad you two made up. It makes me happy."

"Me too Hanji. I love him so much."

"Yeah, it's so nice to see him interested in someone. He normally isn't mr. Flirtypants all the time. I was almost shocked myself that night at the sports bar, it's like a completely different Levi was there. Thank you for making him less grumpy Eren."

"No problem?"

"Aahhhh~ finally home!"

I pulled into my driveway and sighed leaning my head on the steering wheel.
My eyes were so heavy I almost fell asleep until I heard a loud knock on my window.

Shivers ran down my spine before I looked to see who it was.
I turned my head over and up and came face to face with a pistol. The window only separating us.

I shook with fear as I looked up at the masked man in front of me.

"GET OUT OF THE CAR! OR ILL SHOOT."

"O-okay! Please d-dont shoot."

I slowly unlocked the door and was getting ready to step out when he grabbed my arm and yanked me to the ground.

"Hand over your money and credit card! Do it now!"

I was trying my best not to be skittish afraid he might shoot.
I pulled my wallet out of my bag and starts scrambling for my money and my card.

"H-here sir, I only have thirty bucks in money, but here is my-my card too."

As I looked up the robber was reaching to grab it but a swift object tackled him. Obviously not human from the animal like silhouette.

"Woah!"

I scrambled putting everything in my bag and darting to the door before that animal came after me.

"Oof!"

I ran into something hard and warm but soon fell back and quickly started crawling away.

"Please dont eat me!"

I cried out but I felt two hands lift me up.

"Eren why do you live in such a bad part of the city? It isn't safe."

I was met with two steel eyes.
Levi! Wait. Levi?

"L-Levi? How'd you get here? And, how did you know about the guy? Wait are you following me?!"

"No. We mated last night remember? I can smell your emotions. And as soon as I got a whiff of your fear I ran over."

He blankly said to me but somehow I sensed worry.
I decided just to hug him tightly, I felt safe in his arms right now, his grip was so reassuring to me.

"Y-you both! Give me your money!! I'll shoot!!"

We both jerked our vision to the same guy standing in front of us.

"L-Levi."

"Stay here Eren."

Levi out me down softly and stood in front of me.

"Listen here you helpless shithead. I would let you go but no one. Holds a gun up to my mate. You're going to need a lot more than just money to fix your body after I'm done with it."

Levi's hands became sharp with claws and jet black fur, he became more muscular, an ears and tail growing on his head and behind.

I was both scared yet impressed.

I had to look away as my mate tore apart the man, his screams were enough to traumatize me.
Seconds later it became quiet and I heard Levi walking towards me.

"He's gone, and shouldnt bother you anymore."

He sounded normal now.

"Thank you!"

We both made our way inside my house after the chaos that occurred outside.

I slouched leaning against the counter.

"What a day huh? I'm slumped."

I sighed, but still I was shocked from what happened earlier.
Levi's figure stood in front of me and wrapped his arms around me.

"I missed you all day. I couldnt get you out of my head."

He hummed snuggling into me.

"I missed you too."

I was mashed against Levi's chest. Obviously he missed me a bunch, he's such a softy!

"You're such a softy you know that Levi?"

I rubbed his back smiling against his chest.

"Only for you bright eyes. It's late, you should get to sleep. And I should probably head home"

"No, please stay Levi. That incident earlier kind of scared me."

"Fine by me, but we are still both heading to bed."

He smirked and slung me over his shoulder, I yelped in response.

"Levi I can walk myself to my room!"

"Not while I'm here, now lie still I'm going up the stairs."

"Fiinnnee."

We both brushed our teeth and put on comfy clothes, thankfully Levi only sleeps in sweatpants, he took the last big shirt I had. Which I dont mind.

"Getting into bed is the best feeling in the world."

My body was at ease finally. Levi got in shortly after me pulling me close.

"Getting into bed and snuggling against the one I love might I add, is the best feeling ever."

I giggled feeling him chuckled behind me.

"Goodnight Levi."

"Night Eren."

And the two fell asleep peacefully~
