Betty's POV

"B, have you started yet?" V asks me. "Started what?" I ask. "Your period." Cheryl says. "No." I say. "Well, Toni, Cheryl, Jessica, and I have." V says. "I haven't." Hannah says. "I'm scared to." I admit. "It's not that bad, well you have cramps and you have to wear a pad and that's uncomfortable" Toni says. Cheryl and Veronica nod. "We don't really hang out with Jessica." I say. "She wants to hang out with us, but we haven't told you yet." V says. "She can hang out with us, I don't mind." I say. V pulls out her phone and calls Jessica. "She'll be over soon." V says. We all nod.

Jug's POV

"What do you think the girls are up to?" I ask. "Probably painting nails and doing hair." Justin says and focuses back on the video game. I nod. "What do you want to do?" I ask them. "We can see if your dad can take us to Pop's." Clay says. "That sounds amazing." I say. We go downstairs. "Hey Jelly, where's dad?" I ask. "In the garage." She says. "Thanks." I say. We walk out to the garage. "Hey dad, can we go to Pop's?" I ask. "Ask the girls if they ant to go." He says. I nod. We go upstairs. "Hey, dad wants to know if you want to go to Pop's." I say. "Sure!" Betty says. The girls stand up and we all go downstairs. 

"How are we going to get there?" Betty asks dad. "A magical thing called walking." Dad says. We all laugh at him. "Come one Jelly." I say. "I can't tie my shoe." She says. I tie her shoe for her and we leave to go to Pop's. 

"Hey!" Pop greets. "Hey!" We all say. We get two booths. "Wait, why didn't Chic and Polly come?" Betty asks. "They are out with friends." Dad says. "Teenagers." Betty and I mumble. We all start laughing. 

*Time skip*

"We're going to read our essays out loud, okay?" Hermione says. We all nod. The project we had to do was, "What do you want t be when you grow up?" "Kevin, you're first." Hermione says. "I want to own a fashion line with Veronica when I grown up. We have dreamt about this since we were 6. I want to do this because I like to pick out other peoples clothing." Kevin says. We all clap. Veronica's was basically the same. "Hannah." Hermione says. "I want to be a poetry writer when I grow up. I have written poetry since I first learned how to write. It takes on a different aspect of how you communicate through words." She says. Everyone read theirs and it as Betty's turn now. "I want to be an actress when I grow up. An actress seems difficult and challenging and I like that. It gives you time to be someone other than yourself and I admire that." She says. I read mine and I said I wanted to be a writer. "Okay, school is over for the day." Ali says. We all stand up and go to the treehouse, which we do everyday after school is over.
