Bughead's Childhood and up (Completed)

24.

Betty's POV

It was the day. Jug and I were getting married. I smile at Cheryl as she starts curling my hair. V was doing my makeup and Toni was getting the dress and shoes ready.

"I can't believe you're getting married!" V cries. "Awe! V, don't cry!" I say and side hug her. She laughs and wipes her tears. "Now we just have to wait for Bughead babies." Kev smirks. I blush and hit his arm. "Not for a while."

Mom walks in as Cheryl and V are done with my hair and makeup. "Where's JB and Victoria?" I ask. "They're coming, don't worry." She says softly. I nod a little before looking in the mirror. Lonnie was going to be the flower girl, well the best she can as she's only 1 and a half.

JB and Victoria walk in with huge smiles. They had Lonnie with them. "Hey guys." I say. "You look so pretty!" Tori says. "Awe, thanks you guys look pretty too!" I say. I had put my dress on before they showed up.

"How's Jug?" I ask. "He's fine, just nervous. We already told you this." Toni says. I nod because they have. "Are you sure he's just nervous?" I ask again. "Well, he's excited too." Cheryl says. I roll my eyes with a smirk. "Okay." I say and get my phone out.

" Whatcha doin'?" JB says with a full mouth. "I'm watching something to help my nerves calm down." I tell her. "So you're not texting Jug or anything?" She smirks. "No. Of course not." I say. "Totally not." She rolls her eyes. Someone walks in and takes my phone. "Hey!" I pout and look up at the person. "Cheryl!" I whine. "No texting." She says and I walk over to mom and hug her. "I'm so nervous." I say. "I know baby." She says. 

"It's time." V says walking in. Cheryl and Toni start walking out the doors and into the church. Then Veronica and my mom. Then JB and Victoria. Lonnie starts wobbling into the church and throwing the flowers. She kept saying JJ for Jug and squealing. Everyone awed at her cuteness. Then it was time for me to walk. Dad takes my arm and we start walking. I look at Jug and he smiles cutely at me. I smile back and ignore everyone else who were around me. 

Once I reach him we take each others hands. The person who is marrying us says stuff and then we say our vows. (Idk what the person who marries people is called lol) Jug starts first.

"Betty we were born on the same day, at the same time. Call that a coincidence, but I will call it fate. I was your safe place even when we were 4 years old." Everyone chuckles and awes. "You were my Betts and no one wouldn't dare to try to touch you when I was there. Your mom and my dad started dating, but that didn't stop us from having our future. They even bet on us." Everyone starts laughing again. "I will be there with you for the rest of our lives. I love you." 

I was crying and so were some people in the crowd. I started my vows. "Jug you were there for every panic attack and every nightmare. You were there at my worst and at my best. I wouldn't trade you for the world. I want us to live long and love each other for the rest of our lives. I love you too." 

"Jughead, do you take Betty to be your lawfully wedded wife?" Jug nods. "I do." 

"And do you Betty take Jughead to be your lawfully wedded husband?" I nod. "I do."

He turns to Jug. "You may now kiss the bride." Jug pulls me into a long passionate kiss. Everyone claps and cheers. 

It was the after party and I was sitting at a table talking to V, Cher, and Toni. "Are you going to have a honeymoon?" V asks. "No, we just want to spend time with our family before moving to New York." I say. V nods and starts talking to Cher. I space out for a bit. 

Someone pulls me onto their lap and I flinch. "It's just me." Jug laughs. "Sorry." I say and lay my head on his shoulder, my face turned into his neck. Toni snaps a photo. "It's time for the first dance." 

We get up and Jug drags me to the middle of the floor. I wrap my arms around his neck and his arms go around my waist as we begin to sway to the music. "I love you so much." He says. "I love you too, so so much." I say with a big grin. 

A/N Next chapter will be the last and it will lead into the 2nd book. I won't post the 2nd book until I have other things finished though! ❤
