(ELLA POV)
Peter grabbed me just as I was about to open the door and run like my life depended on it, which might just be the case, when Peter came running at me.
He grabbed me around the waist and threw me to the ground, which was so surprising that I screamed as we tumbled to the ground again. He stood up and kicked me in the ribs when the door flew open so fast I felt a draft of cool air.
I was confused, but then remembered it was probably just Adam coming back from the store. I got scared, but I knew I had to escape now or Drew would tell. I grabbed Drew's leg just as he was about to kick me again, and pulled him to the ground.
I stood up to run, and that's when I realized it was not Adam at the door. Two boys stood in the doorway, staring at me. I stared right back.
"Eliana?" one of them asked me. When was I ever going to know anyone's name before they knew mine?
"Depends on who wants to know," I said. I was really surprised by how my voice sounded because I was this close to a mental breakdown. Again.
The boys glanced at one another and one of them said his name was Alex. He had blonde hair and brown eyes. Now I looked closer at them, they were both kinda cute. And looked to be around my age. Alex smiled at me and I glanced around, realizing Drew was still laying on the ground next to me, staring at the boys with a strange look on his face.
One of the boys, not Alex, signed and picked him up by the shirt collar. He threw him into the room I was being kept in, the one that locks from the outside, and locked it.
I was still on the floor because every time I tried to get up, my ribs hurt and I had to lay back down.
The boy that locked Drew in the bedroom kneeled down beside me. Alex walked closer to me and sat down, so they were on either side of me.
"Can you stand?" The unnamed boy asked me. He had fluffy brown hair and hazel eyes.
"Well, before I tell you that, I want to know your name," I said. Now even breathing hurt.
"Dylan," he said.
I told him Drew kicked me in the ribs, but then I had to stop because they hurt so bad. I pulled my knees to my chest and hugged them.
I knew I should be wary of them, after all, I was just kidnapped. But, these people are the only ones around, and I needed help. Bad.
Alex looked at Dylan for a second, and I think Dylan nodded at him. Alex stood up.
"Uh, I think I am going to have to carry you out. You might have a broken rib, or maybe more than one broken ribs. I, well, we, don't want you hurting any internal organs," Alex said, looking down at me.
I was worried about where these people would take me, but then I realized that I could not go anywhere in this condition and trusting these people was going to be the safest thing I could do, because Adam was going to be back at any moment now.
Dylan helped me stand up, and then Alex picked me up bridal style and carried me out to a car.
