IDK if you knew, in 2020 there is supposed to be a live-action Winx club show. IDK exactly when tho.

Here I am. Hiding from Them. Hearing them coming closer and closer to my hiding spot. I'm sorry, if you didn't know already I'm Marinette Dupain-chang. I've lived in Paris, France for most of my life. And the reason I'm hiding is a very very long story. I suppose if you have time, I can tell you. And if I'm going to tell you everything right, it should be from the beginning. From the beginning, the very beginning where everything I know went wrong.

*Flashback sound*

Today's is my fourth birthday! My birthdays on April 13th. I am so excited! But I have a doctor's appointment today. I don't like to get the doctors. With their long needles with medicine oozing out of the tips. Even the thought of it makes me shiver.

As I said before, today is my fourth birthday. My friend Nino has told me that the numbers four and five are bad luck. I really hope that isn't true because I have the worst luck and it is the fourth month. Besides today being my birthday, today is Friday the 13th. I've heard that Friday the 13th is bad luck so that just makes my luck even worse. I can only hope that nothing bad happens today.

"Marinette, are you almost ready? We are going to be late," My mom yelled from downstairs.

I yelled back to her, "I'm coming." I grabbed my fairy toy and ran down the stairs almost tripping from my clumsiness.

My mom steadied me and scolded, "You should be more careful, you could have hurt yourself!" I nodded and gave her a small sheepish smile.

We walked out of our bakery with the smell of fresh baked goods lingering in the air. We walked to the car and got in. I talked to my mom about school and my friends. She comforted me knowing how much I don't like going to the doctors.

Today just doesn't feel right. I have had a weird feeling in my belly that something is going to go wrong, but I don't know what. And that's when it happened. Our car went spiraling in circles. We were thrown forward. My mom took my hand just as I saw a big blur outside coming closer. It felt like slow motion. Before everything went black I heard my mom tell me, "Everything is going to be alright."

I woke up with the sound of sirens in the near distance. I looked around at my surroundings. Our car was on its side. When I finished looking around I realized what had happened. We had gotten into a car accident.

I looked at my mom, "Mommy? Are you okay? Mommy?" She didn't answer. I kept on asking getting scared. "You have to be okay. You said everything would be okay." I started to cry. Above me, the car door opened.

A person was on the side of the car, "Don't worry, everything is going to be alright. We are going to get you out of there."

I nodded, "What's going to happen to Mommy? She isn't answering me when I try to talk to her."

"We are going to get her to help too okay?" The guy told me. He stuck out his hand, "Grab hold of my hand and then take off your seat belt. I'll pull you up." I followed his directions. He pulled me up onto the side of the car. He helped me down and asked me a lot of questions about if I had any family and if I knew how to contact them. He was also tending to my injuries.

While I was answering his questions I saw my mom being taken out of the car. He blocked my view before I could see more. I looked at him, "I know I may be a little kid, but I need a truly honest answer. Don't lie to me. Is my Mommy going to be alright?"

He gave me a reassuring smile, "I am afraid I can't answer that question because I don't know the answer." I nodded. "We need to take care of your Mommy. The ambulance is taking her to the hospital right as we speak. I already called you Daddy I told him what happened and he is on his way to the hospital. He told me that he would meet you there." I followed him to his car. He drove us to the hospital. The ride there was silent. He tried to start up a conversation but it ended as soon as it had started.
