Okay, so I'm sorry that I didn't update in a while, but I have good news. I finally got my computer sent in to be fixed. Yay for that! I also haven't updated in a while because I was working on another fanfiction that I haven't yet put up. I wrote two chapters for it but I'm not putting it up yet because I want to make it even better. And by that, I mean read it over 10 times cringe every time and then rewrite everything at least 3 times. Also, I don't know why I was thinking about this but in math, we have this thing called ALEKs and we start it in 6th grade. We get these usernames and we have to use them to set up a new one with a password. And it took so long to figure mine out because it was basically like this, bI3Il7vaIl. And it was so annoying because we couldn't tell whether they were 'i's or 'L's.

I looked up at the sky and saw what looked like ash falling from the sky. I tried to fly but it didn't work. I looked at my wings to see that they were perfectly fine. I tried again, and again, and again with no success. I looked forward and saw a blurred out face holding fire. Getting ready to throw it. I braced myself for the blow...

"OOF," I fell out of bed hitting the bedside table as I was going down. I rolled onto the floor. When I fell I hit my phone and it did a flip in the air before landing on my face. "Ow," I rubbed the spot where my phone landed. Tecna must have fixed it. She's a miracle worker. If I were to score it I would give it a ten for the flip and a negative ten for the landing. I picked up my phone to check the time. It's early in the morning I'm guessing because I'm so tired that when I checked my phone for the time and then turned it off, I didn't actually look at the time. Well, that and it was still dark outside. Unless... it's still night. I checked the time for real this time. The light from the screen illuminated the room. 6:03 flash up on the screen. It's too late to go back to sleep. The Winx might be up in half an hour. My belly growled. And I'm too hungry to go back to sleep. I got up off the floor. My arm throbbed from landing on it when I fell off the bed. I threw on sweatpants and a hoodie so I could go out and get some food. I went through a few different bags until I found some earth money that I still had for some reason.

I headed down to the lobby and through the elevator. Maybe I could get some reconfirmations for breakfast places. After the elevator opened I looked around the room but didn't see anyone here. I could try looking up food places. I reached for my phone only to find it wasn't there. Yeah, I'm not going back to the room to get it. I guess I'm just going to walk around until I find someone who could help me or place food. I wandered outside for a while until my feet brought me to my parents' old bakery. To my surprise it was open.

I opened the door and looked around slowly trying to take everything in. It smelled like fresh baked goods like chocolate chips. Everything was almost the same as it used to be. I looked over the counter and saw... "Aunt Sabine?" She turned around surprised to see me. She was covered in flour.

"Marinette! W-what are you doing here?" She came around the counter to give me a hug.

I stopped her before she could hug me, "Sorry, but maybe we can hug when you're not covered in flour. I'm on a mission with the Winx." She laughed.

"That's nice. I'm sorry that we didn't tell you about the bakery, Marinette. We wanted it to be a surprise."

"It's okay, it would have been a great surprise," I looked around once more, "where are Nick and Uncle Tom?"

"Nick is still sleeping and your Uncle is going shopping for food. Would you like anything?" She walked back behind the counter.

"Yeah, that would be nice. Could I get seven croissants?" I took out my money.

"Oh, Marinette, this is on the house."

"Thank you. Where do you live now that you are in Paris," I asked as I grabbed the croissants from her?

"We live on the top floor above the bakery." Same place I used to live. I wonder if they remembered that.

"Okay, thanks. I'm going to wake up Nick." She smiled. I walked behind the counter to get to the door that leads to stairs.

"That's a good idea, he has school."

I walked up the stairs with my croissants. "I could make it snow, or maybe I should dump water on him." I walked up to the door and opened it. They should be more careful, someone could break-in. I walked in and immediately heard snoring. Nick. I passed the pink couch that Nick was sleeping on and went to the kitchen. I checked the cabinets until finally, I found a cup. I filled it up with water from the sink and made it cold with my magic. I walked back over to Nick and continued to pour it on his head.

"GAHH," He sat up quickly, "what was that for?!?!"

I tried to stifle my laugh with my hand, "Aunt Sabine let me wake you up since you have school later." He started grumbling things I couldn't understand under his breath. "So I heard you got a girlfriend. Who's the unlucky girl?" I joked.

"You'll have to see for yourself. I think my friends would like you." He got up, "I gotta go change out of my SOAKED clothes. Thanks for that," He said sarcastically.

I felt my phone vibrate. I took it out of the pocket of my hood, it was Bloom, "Hello?"

"Marinette, where are you?"

"I got croissants for you guys."

"You should hurry, we are going to go to school."

"School? Oh, come on." I sighed.

"Hurry, bye"

"B- and she hung up." While I was on that short call with Bloom, Nick changed his clothes and was eating breakfast. I hugged him, "I'm pretty sure I'll see you at school."

He nodded trying to swallow his food fast so he could talk, "I'll be sure to introduce you to my friends." I walked out the door with my semi-cold croissants. I went down the stairs and into the bakery. I waved goodbye to my Aunt and ran out of the door. I spirited to the hotel putting a croissant in my mouth so I could eat on the way. I made my way to my room and opened the door throwing the bag of croissants at Stella's face because she was the first person I saw. I checked the time, 7:52. I'm going to be late on the first day of school. As the Winx say, I'm pulling a Marinette.

I changed out of my baggy hoodie and into my regular clothes with my white shirt, gray jacket, pink jeans, flats, and purse. I went to Bloom's room where everyone was. I checked the time, 8:00. "Does everyone have what they need? I am going to be teleporting us there so make sure you have everything." Tecna said tapping away on her phone. A bright light appeared, I covered my eyes. When I removed them we were inside the school in front of the doors.

"Wouldn't it have been better to walk? Headmistress Farigonda didn't want us to use magic a lot."

"You should have said that before we teleported here," Flora said.

"The first day of School Winx, and you're late," I jumped a little, I didn't see the headmaster, I mean the principal standing there.

My laptop is coming back in a week or so. Apparently I had too much stuff on it like, Tabs, apps (I didn't have much of them), and 'other' stuff. My writing is bad, why are you still here. None of you guys have correct my stuff. I found this grammar check thing on google docs and apparently a lot of my chapters have grammar mistakes. If you think this is short than just know every chapter you read on this is 4-5 pages on google docs. I have 38 pages of this including the outline, description, and side notes. I was going to say one more thing but them I forgot. And sry, my mom took my phone so I couldn't update this when I had finished this chapter.
