chapter five

"Hey Dahyun?" Sana asked her husband, he hummed, looking over his suit jackets. "You don't have to dress up so much for dinner with your parents." Sana giggled.

"You know nothing you say is going to stop me." Dahyun laughed. "What are you wearing?" Dahyun asked.

"I'm wearing black." Sana answered, still laying on the bed in sweatpants and a loose old tee shirt. "Sometimes I feel like your the girl."

"I like to take my time making sure I look my best," Dahyun defended.

"But your fine." Sana complained.

"Come on Sa-chan we're going to be late." Dahyun complained, slipping on his suit jacket. "We still have to get the kids ready."

"I don't want to go." Sana whined. "I want to stay here with you and cuddle."

"I know you do baby, but we can't." Dahyun sighed. "They haven't seen us in forever."

"Well why don't we just send the girls and we stay here." Sana suggested.

"Because they miss you and me too." Dahyun smiled. "Come on."

"Fine..." Sana whined. "You love them more than me."

"Sana you know I don't." Dahyun nodded, expecting a mood swing from Sana. "I love you more than anything."

"No you love your parents more." Sana whined and sniffled.

"No no baby I love my parents in a different way than I love you. Your my number one girl, my only girl. Well besides our daughters, but but your my precious baby Satang. I love you more than any woman in the world." Dahyun tried not to dig his own grave.

"More than your mom?" Sana sniffled again, holding back tears.

"More than my mom." Dahyun sighed. "Do you want a hug?" He turned to his wife, who nodded. Dahyun quickly ran to her side and gave her a long hug. After a minute Dahyun tried to pull away but Sana was holding tightly. "Sana?"

"Your not going anywhere." Sana whined.

"Baby you need to get ready..." Dahyun explained. "You can hug me all you want afterwards okay?"

"Fine." Sana pouted, letting Dahyun pull her to her feet and slowly making her way to her closet. Sana picked up her already set out dress and Dahyun made sure she was getting dressed before leaving the room to grab Saki and her outfit, knowing Sana wouldn't like him to be gone for long enough for him to change Saki.

"Saki baby come here." Dahyun approached his daughter, who was playing alone in her room on her tablet.

"Coming daddy!" Saki happily put the tablet down and ran to Dahyun, hugging him lightly and smiling at him. "Hi daddy." Dahyun picked her up and kissed her forehead.

"We need to get dressed to go eat dinner with grandmother and grandfather." Dahyun informed Saki. Saki nodded and Dahyun went to her closet, looking over Saki's dresses to find her white one. He grabbed it and went back to his bedroom. Dahyun quickly changed Saki and then went back to his daughter. Saki giggled as Dahyun tickled her as he took her clothes off and put her dress on. Once it was on Saki quickly ran to Sana, hugging her leg.

"Mommy." Saki smiled at Sana.

"Hi Saki." Sana giggled, missing with her dress zipper. Once it was zipped Sana stroked Saki's hair back so she would look her in the eyes. "Can you let go of mommy so she can put on makeup?"

"No." Saki giggled.

"No?" Sana teased. "Then what if I do this?" Saki laughed as Sana picked her up. Sana ignored Dahyun's glance, kissing her daughter's forehead and carrying her into the bathroom. Sana put Saki down on the high counter and began to do her makeup, Saki trying to read the labels as Sana worked.
