"Mommy!" Saki bounced towards Sana, skipping the best she could in ice skates.
"Hi sweetheart." Sana smiled and opened her arms for a warm hug. "What's up?"
"I want you to watch me." Saki insisted.
"Okay I will." Sana put her phone in her pocket and looked up, kissing Saki's forehead. Saki giggled and ran back onto the ice, making sure Sana watching before doing a little spin. Sana clapped for her daughter and Saki skated back over to the side and addressed Sana.
"Was I good?"
"Better than mommy." Sana smiled. "Your a very good ice skater sweetheart."
"Can I take my little sister ice skating with me when she comes out of your tummy?" Saki asked with wide eyes.
"Hm, you need to wait until she's big enough." Sana explained. "But you can eventually." Saki broke out into the biggest grin and giggled.
"I'll make my little sister an ice skater cause Unnie won't do it with me." Saki laughed.
"Don't force her baby." Sana nodded. "She'll love ice skating if she likes ice skating."
"Hm..." Saki pouted her lips a bit. "Okay."
"Okay." Sana smiled. "Go practice okay?"
"Okay! When is my lesson?"
"When the clock says the 3 followed by the the 3 and then a 0." Saki concentrated on the numbers and nodded.
"330." Saki said the numbers.
"Yup, three thirty." Sana nodded. "Go practice mommy and your little sister will watch you okay?" Saki nodded. Sana smiled as she saw her little one practicing hard. Saki tended to be very social when she was around her ice skating friends, but Sana liked to schedule Saki's lessons at different times than them so she could focus on practice. On weekends Sana would let them play together, they always had a lot of fun, but Sana like to keep Saki's weekday stuff focused on practicing. Though, to counteract this, Saki made friends with the older kids that also trained with her coach. Thankfully to older kids weren't too distracting for her, they usually just picked Saki up and swung her around for a bit before putting her down and actually practicing.
Sana felt her youngest shift a little bit in her stomach as she watched Saki. She smiled a motherly smile, putting one hand over her baby bump as she watched her daughter.
Dahyun sighed as he sat down on the comfortable chair. It was July, and Dahyun was more than happy Sana and the kids had agreed to spend their free afternoon outside in their pool. He had paid a lot to get this area well landscaped and beautiful, having a large yard in Seoul was nearly impossible, even in the suburbs, but Sana was picky about wanting one and they found it in probably the most expensive house Dahyun had ever seen. His career had already taken off when they bought their first house together, and Sana's of course was generating a vast amount of wealth. Being the CEO of a tech company did that to a person. Sana grew up in the rich world, it intimidated Dahyun at first. He grew up in an upper middle class household with two older sisters and a mutt of a dog they got for free from a pound. Sana grew up an only child with all the riches in the world and an expensive pure bred Shiba Inu as her pet. It scared Dahyun at first, but he quickly adapted to Sana's world because he loved her that much. He loved her so much he was willing to do anything for her, and Sana felt the exact same. She loved Dahyun with her whole heart, and he loved Sana with his whole heart.
When they bought their house Sana was incredibly picky. She wanted a least four bedrooms, for their planned two kids plus a guest room. She wanted at least one home office, but argued for two. She wanted four bathroom, at a minimum. And she wanted a big yard, and a pool. And big closet space. And a safe neighborhood with access to downtown and a good school. She was pregnant with Haeun at the time, so Dahyun tried to keep her as low stress as possible when they were buying their house. But her natural pickiness and pregnancy hormones made her very very specific about houses. They toured a lot, but decided on their current one when Sana was six months pregnant, not wanting to drag the process on for much longer for fear that the baby would be born and they wouldn't have anything ready. The house they choose was bigger than Dahyun had been expecting to get in a first house, but Sana agreed they wouldn't have to move if they choose that house. She was right. Their current house had five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Both had a home office, Sana's being a professional office while Dahyun's had a piano and some recording equipment. They had a large living room, a dining room, and a huge kitchen. There was a big playroom upstairs, and a home media room. Sana and Dahyun's bedroom had a balcony, and a huge closet and bathroom. They even had a basement, which housed a wine cellar they had converted into library/media room that basically became Sana's woman cave and a room with a home bar and a tv. Dahyun had turned that room into a sort of man cave, with a pool table, a few excursive machines, and a tv. It was convent when they hosted parties to have such a large house. The kids had their own spaces and did Dahyun and Sana. There was a large garage that was supposed to hold three cars. It held Sana and Dahyun's and the last space had been turned into a sort of workshop like space when Dahuyn and Saki would build things like a rocketship made out of a large cardboard box. The house checked off another huge thing on Sana's list, bamboo floors. Sana had strong feelings about carpet, and Dahyun was not about to go against her wishes with carpet. The yard was also huge, having a pool and hottub, and plenty of grass space where the kids would play all surrounded by a gate to keep them safe. The house was more European style than asian style, something more rare to find in Seoul but a style Sana adored. Dahyun really did just cave with the house, he thought it was too big but Sana had won that argument and then some. It was a pain in the ass to clean, but Sana, who had grown up in an even bigger house, just said to get a maid. Dahyun told her not too and he would get clean it all himself, that lasted about a week. He got tired of it so fast, and caved.
