We Meet The Mean Girl

Grayson's POV

Well, I guess good things don't last forever.It just had to end. The pain in my head stopped.

"Did you hear that?" Sky asked, she too looked pale." That voice." How did she hear the voice, she wasnt a spirit of the underworld.

"What voice?" Ella asked innocently.

"That... nevermind." Sky sighed. I didnt like lying to her but this is something she should never know about.Well, thinhs were all normal until I had to go to the bathroom.

I got up and went to the back of the cafe . I was qashing my hands at the sink when...

"Hey man!" I felt someone touching my shoulder. I turned it was who I least expected it to be.

"Kyle?" I was surprised it wasnt his deathday yet."What are you doing here?"

"Well the beast attacked and I was one of the only survivors so the Lord of the Underworld sent me here to help fight." He explained. I guess now  I got both my bsst buds here with me.We went to our table to introduce Kyle.

"Hey guys look who I found!" They turned.

"Kyle! What are you doing here!" Ella exclaimed raising her eyebrows.

"Ill explain later. So who who are you two?"

"This is Sky and I'm Jack." Jack said.

"Cool can I sit down?"

"Sure!" Sky said. Kyle pulled a chair from the empty table beside us and joined us at the table.

We talked about our families, well at least Jack and Sky did. Kyle, Ella and I just talked about snippets of our past lives. We had a great time. Then we had to say goodbye. Ella and Kyle had planned to go to the nearby carnival when they were in the underworld and Jack had to go to the Old Nursing Home for his weekly volunteer work. So since I had rented out a house that was near Sky's, we walked home together.

Sky was sipping her cappucino when this girl with blonde wavy hair wearing gucci(the mean rich kid is gonna get robbed someday) bumped inyo Sky.

"Hey! Watch where you're going!" She said before she looked up." Willow? Well what a pleasant surprise! Whos this hottie over there?"

"I'm Grayson." I said. I had a bad feeling about her already.

"I'm Jessica. The most popular and the prettiest girl in school.Why are you hanging out with her when you can hang out with me?" She asked like I was stupid or something.

"Um...no thanks I like hanging out with her." I said and Sky looked up like she couldnt believe what she heard.

"Well I guess thats two people shes managed to brainwash." Jessica said looking at her nails.

"I never brainwashed anyone."Sky looked like she was close to tears.

"As if! Listen, what was your name again? Oh yeah. Listen, Grayson, the Willows are freaks and nobody wants to hang out with them except the Roberts but they dont count as they're also freaks so you should really stay away fom them."

"Hey, back off!" I said.Then her eyes started glowing green and her mouth hung open as mist spewed from the inside.

" You've defeated me once,Storm, but you won't be able to this time. I know your weaknessess and better yet, I know your past. Scarlett almost died because of you. A few hundred years ago, the entire town was destroyed because of you. And now it shall do so again... because of you......"

I looked at Sky. She was staring at Jessica in horror now.

Then the body of Jessica, now possesed by the Beast, turned and walked away.

"Who are you Grayson?"Sky turned and asked."What did she mean by you destroyed the town a few hundred years ago. You can't be that old. What did she mean, Grayson!" Sky said in a dangerous tone.

"Sky, I can explain..." I started towards her. She backed away. Then, tears in her eyes, she turned and ran.
