The Sewers

[AUTHOR POV]

Ed, Al, Greed, Katsuki and Izuku stood around the entrance to the sewers.
Ed leant over the edge "So who wants to go first?"
Al and Izuku start to argue that they will go first when Katsuki pushes Greed in.
"Kacchan!" Izuku yelps

Katsuki shrugs, "what he's fucking immortal he was the obvious choice"

Ed shrugs "You're not wrong, might want to watch your back when you get down there though, Greed holds a grudge." Katsuki shrugged not looking worried.

"All good down there Greed?" Al asked

Popping his head up Greed glares at Katsuki "Watch it Brat"

The rest jump down. The large tunnel they land in has a small trickle of water running through it that splashes as they walk forwards.

Ed holds the map out in front of him, "I can't see shit, should have brought some damn lanterns."

Izuku takes his phone out of his pocket and activates the torch handing it to Ed. "Is this ok, FullMetal?"

Ed frowns as Greed laughs, "You should see the stuff they have here Pipsqueak, seriously soon as Father finishes his taking over the world stuff, I'm coming back here and taking everything, maybe I'll even rule Japan."

Katsuki glares, "Like hell, anyone would let you take Japan, I'd kill your ass for even trying!"

Greed moves towards Katsuki, "I am the Homunculus Greed! I have unlimited healing, an ultimate shield and am currently in a body that has been trained since birth to defend from assassins," He moves even closer getting in Katsukis face letting his shield cover his face showing his blackened eyes, and tusk-like teeth no longer looking human, in a low threatening voice he continues, "if I want something, and I want everything, there is virtually nothing that will be able to stop me."

Ed snorts, "Like me and the old lady didn't beat you in that fight in Dublith, now if you'd stop messing around you would have also noticed the markings," Ed holds the torch up to the roughly drawn transmutation circles on the walls," bastard laid traps, we're getting close." Ed pressed his hands together before touching the wall, all the markings begin to glow before large spikes strike inwards.

Al sighs, "after everything we've seen I keep expecting a little more, I don't know finesse seems like the wrong word."

Ed nods, "I get what you mean, normally, this trap would be better hidden, we'd narrowly dodge it before getting attacked by furious chimaeras or undead soldiers, this is just a little dull." 

Katsuki looks at Ed, "Jesus fucking christ are you guys ok?"

Ed laughs and brushes him off, the group make their way through the spikes walking for an hour through the sewers, Ed and Al easily spotting any traps until the group comes to a large room with different tunnels leading towards it. The room has large slab like tables made from rough transmutation and is covered in dried blood, different body parts of humans and animals hang from the ceiling around the walls. Deku and Katsuki take in the site looking horrified, Deku turns to throw up. 

"Shitty Deku" Katuski gets out softly his face very pale, he turns to Ed Al and Greed who look worryingly undisturbed.

Ed walks around the place investigating, "Al its times like this you're lucky you cant smell cause this place reaks." 

Greed touches the table looking disgruntled, "Whoever this guy is he's a total slob."

Al looks at the table, "You were definitely right brother, this guy is a total amateur. I wonder if he's even from Amestris."

Deku replies shakily, "He has to be, your country guards its secrets too well, I didn't have a quirk younger so I thought I could learn Alchemy but I couldn't find anything. We should probably take some pictures to report back to Aizawa."

Ed nods, "Sounds good, do you have a camera."

Katsuki smirks and pulls out his phone snapping pictures of the place until the group freeze upon hearing a pained sounding groan, they all turn as a man half combined with a cow and some kind of lizard stumbles through one of the tunnels looking at the group it pauses.

Deku takes up a fighting stance, "Nomu, we should call the heroes."

Katuskis hands spark, "Yeah, we're gonna need a cleanup crew." 

Ed steps forwards pulling off his cloak and sharpening his metal arm, the two of them leap forwards, Bakugou blasts himself up high and gets off an explosion in the creatures face, Ed goes low skidding over the ground and slams his metal leg into the creature knocking it off its feet, Bakugou lands on top of it one hand pulled back ready to blast the creatures face. Ed claps his hands and the creature is wrapped in metal. 

"Well, that was easy. " Ed brushes himself off and pulls his coat back on.

Al picks the creature up and throws it over his shoulder, "we should probably get this chimera back to UA."

Ed pouts, "Damn I was hoping to explore the city and taste some of the local cuisine."

Katsuki also brushes himself off, "Well why don't you come back to mine? The old hag may get on my nerves but she can make a good curry." 

Ed turns, "We should get this back to UA."

Al puts his hand on Ed's shoulder, "Me, Midoryia and Greed can handle ourselves, go have fun Brother."

Ed looks at him for a long moment before pressing his fist to Al's chest, "I'll see you later ok."
