Cells of frustration and pain
collect and burrow into your chest
rippling throbbing waves
numbing muscles and skin
stealing energy and will
to grow deep and within
Balls of frustration and pain
a product of prolonged suffering
a booming bay rise
and kept at the throat
itching for illicit relief but
out comes a soft croak
unease from anger is
handled by silence
for fear of irrationality
and seeking repentance
