[ Heart Of Stone] Kokichi Ouma x Shuichi Saihara

~Chapter 1 : First Sight~

All he sees is darkness. But a light shines through, he steps towards it, but he can't reach it. He struggles, but he still can't reach it....until.....

Shuichi fell out into the light, confused and dazed, he steps out, but he falls, he falls and hits his head on the floor. Now annoyed, he looks around and sees a girl, a gorgeous blonde girl in a...almost fancy uniform.

Yet, he remembers. He was kidnapped on his way to school that same day, or was it that same day? How long has he been unconscious for? I guess he will never know. Upon his mind bringing the memory back to him, he almost snapped, backing away from the girl, and yelling in terror.

The girl across the room seemed more annoyed than she seemed to be before, so she told Shuichi to not scream at a girl, as she wasn't a monster, and she was definitely just as confused as he is at that moment. 

Shuichi quickly apologized, not knowing what came over him. The girl accepted his apology and decided to introduce herself, as it seemed to be the best course of action at that time. Shuichi found out that her name was Kaede Akamatsu, The Ultimate Pianist. The girl rambled on about how she got her talent and how she was only really good at playing the piano and nothing else, which Shuichi doubted completely.

Soon came the time for Shuichi to introduce himself to Kaede.

"My name is Shuichi Saihara, I'm The Ultimate Detective, however....I don't really consider myself one, I just happened to solve a case I came across and now I'm stuck with the title of 'detective'"

Kaede was shocked, in a positive way that is. She praised him, telling him that not anyone can just happen to solve a case.

Shuichi remembered perfectly well, it was a murder case he solved, but soon after they found the culprit...he regretted his actions, wishing for things to go back so that he hadn't solved the case and that the person was free and not imprisoned.

He didn't mention any of this to Kaede, he didn't really want anyone else to know, or at least remember, his mistakes. 

The two talked for a bit, exchanging what they remember and trying to figure out things such as who kidnapped them, why they were there and whether they'll be able to get out soon.

Not much time passed before they were interrupted, they looked to their side and saw five...teddy bears? Each bear was two colours, white and something else. In this case, there was White and Red, White and Pink, White and Blue, White and Yellow and White and Green. The bears introduced themselves, which the two thought was peculiar, as they were teddy bears...

The bears called themselves the Monokubs, which seemed like an actually reasonable name to call themselves

They explained some basic things, but not many things. 
This annoyed Kaede of course.

Once the five bears left, Shuichi and Kaede were left alone once again, they went over what just happened and decided not to question it too much as they are in a weird situation already.

They recalled the Monokubs telling them to explore the academy, due to there being more students around, just like them.

They walked around the whole academy checking most rooms.
Please keep the word 'most' in mind.

Once they walked around most of the 1st floor, they noticed the gate that has separated a corridor and an entrance hall had been opened, the first thing they noticed was a person standing there, they looked peculiar, but the two didn't question it, as they had no reason to.

They noticed a large door, Kaede had asked the stranger about it, after the person had introduced themselves of course.

His name was Korekiyo Shinguji, The Ultimate Anthropologist. Nothing too intense, they had met a boy, Rantaro Amami, who didn't even remember his talent, so this wasn't too weird.

He told them that once their hopes are crushed, maybe that too will be beautiful.

At first, they were confused, trying to figure out what that meant. What the door going to not open? Is it locked? Is something waiting to kill them outside?

The possibilities were ringing through Shuichi's head, however Kaede on the other hand, seemed just a little anxious. She pulled herself together quickly and with Shuichi's help, opened the heavy, large door. 

The two stepped outside, and yes, they were met with fresh air, blue skies and natural ground but...

The two looked up at the sky and saw something they didn't want to.

They saw a large cage, they looked down and looked around, they were trapped in this school. There was a cage surrounding the whole campus.

The Monokubs arrived once again, explaining in detail what is going on, how the cage exists to prevent any of the students from escaping.

They also added in a random detail that one of the students is able to climb half-way up the large wall, which is impressive.

Once the Monokubs disappeared to hell knows where, the two ventured on, meet up with 4 more students.

Once they quickly exited the Shrine of Judgement, having to escape from Angie Yonaga.

If they had counted correctly, they have met 14 students, that included themselves.

But, didn't the Monokubs say there were 16 of them? They thought for a while, trying to remember what rooms they didn't go into.

Shuichi finally remembered, they didn't even try looking into Classroom A, they did think it was going to be locked like Classroom B was, and they were in Classroom C, so that wasn't an option. 

The two jokingly argued, blaming each other, saying who said not to go into Classroom A, but in the end, it didn't even matter.

They ventured back inside, making sure they looked hopeful so that they could slightly annoy Korekiyo as they walked in, as he wanted to see their hopes be shattered. However, once they got passed him, the two went back to looking like their usual selves.

Shuichi sighed and once they got to Classroom A, they checked their theory.
And indeed it was open.

Once they walked inside, they saw a boy in white clothing chasing a boy in...unusual clothing.
Shuichi kept looking at the boy in white clothing, questioning his actions. 

Soon enough the two boys noticed that Kaede and Shuichi were in the room, so they stopped messing around. The one in unusual clothing introduced himself, he is K1-B0, The Ultimate Robot, but he would rather be called Kiibo. From what Shuichi could see, Kaede thought the nickname suited the robot and was quite cute.

While Kaede talked to Kiibo, the boy in white clothing was being ignored, so Shuichi walked over to him and introduced himself. The boy sprung back to life, he also introduced himself.

"I'm Kokichi Ouma, The Ultimate Supreme Leader!"

Shuichi questioned his Ultimate talent, asking him for more information.
He was both confused and curious.

"Oh, I'm just the leader of an evil secret organization that's all! It's impressive, my organization has over 10,000 members!"

Kokichi said the number in a way that made it sound like it was exaggerated, before Shuichi had a chance to have a reaction, Kokichi cut him off and spoke once again.

"Or does it? Who knows? After all, I'm a liar"

After Kokichi had said that, Shuichi couldn't help but think that everything that Kokichi had mentioned before, the organization and everything, was a lie.
Kokichi 'reassured' Shuichi that the organization part was true.
But was it really?

It had seem that nothing was really happening for now that is, and since Kaede was busy having fun chatting with Kiibo, Shuichi decided to hang out with Kokichi for a while longer, despite his twisted personality.

After a while, a loud ringing rang through the room and the screen in the room came on
