[ Heart Of Stone] Kokichi Ouma x Shuichi Saihara

~Chapter 2 : Gymnasium & Sleeping Problems~

Once the sound interrupted their happy moments, it all changed, all of a sudden, they were strangers once again.

All students were instructed to immediately make their way to the gym, strangly, the announcement was announced by a black and white bear, it's appearance seemed to be the same to the Monokub's appearance, however, the black and white bear seemed taller.

Kokichi has walked away before Shuichi could even process what was going on, so has Kiibo in fact. Shuichi and Kaede were now left in the room together.

The two looked at each other and decided to go, since everyone else has seemed to followed the bear's instructions. So they exited the Classroom together, almost in a rush as they probably took too long thinking and processing things.

They walked around, looking for the gym as they don't recall going to any gym. They found it quite quickly however after catching Tsumugi walking there as well, she kindly helped them.

Once the three arrived in the gym, Tsumugi went off to be by herself and Kaede went off to talk to Tenko, what a surprise.

Shuichi was left alone, which he didn't mind much, he was used to being alone, but something inside him felt particularly miserable, so he decided to find someone to talk to, he didn't want to bother anyone at the same time however...So Tsumugi, Kaede and Tenko were out of the list of available people.

He then spotted him in the small crowd of students, Kokichi, he seemed quite bored and almost miserable, so Shuichi decided to go talk to him.

"Hey, Kokichi, you seem bored. I'm guessing you're bored of waiting for whatever's going to happen?"

"Yup! Nee-heehee, nothing's really interesting when you're just waiting"

Shuichi agreed, but in this situation, maybe it's good to wait. You never know what's actually going to happen.

All of a sudden, a loud mechanic sound rang through the room.
Tsumugi did the 'loser' thing and said the obvious.
She told everyone that there was a mechanic sound coming from the ceiling.

Before anyone could say anything, 5 machines appeared in the room. Everyone looked around in fear, those machines could kill everyone in moments.

As it was explained to the students, the machines were called exisals, bepidal weapons.

Why would they even need these at a school?

Multiple students questioned this situation, not knowing much.

The exisals spoke among themselves for a bit while everyone listened to them. Soon, their talk turned into a fight. At least, it almost did.

The whole gym went silent once a new, high-pitched voice echoed around the gym. Everyone turned towards the podium on the stage.
Soon, the bear that they saw on the monitor appeared in front of them.

Suprising how people and things sound different over screens, huh?

Soon, the students found out that the exisals were being controlled by the Monokubs. That was annoying, why couldn't of they just showed themselves before?

The exisals disappeared, which was kind of relieving knowing that the students were no longer being threatened by massive machines.
