Briar's P.O.V.

No one had paid attention to him slamming his door. As soon as Corbyn came to hug me he said: "B, Daniel just stormed upstairs I think you might wanna talk to him." "Can I talk to Jack about it?" "You should." I faked a smile and hugged Zach. Zach whispered, "Stay away from ma man honey, and no one get's hurt." "Yeah, Zach I'll try." We laughed for a minute until we realized no one else was laughing with us.

i think it would be better to tell jack about daniel...right? or. actually, i think its better to handle this situation on my own and then tell Jack about it after its sorted. so that he doesn't eliminate him. "smart." I gave myself a pat on the shoulder and put my plan in action.

I walked away from the group and Jack saw me and asked: "Where you going Bri?" "I'm going to go get something from upstairs." "Do you need me?" "Actually I'll be fine on my own." "Call me if you need me k," he replied and I nodded and hurried up the stairs to get this sh*t over and done with.

As I approached the door of Jack and Daniel's shared room a shiver went up my back, discomfort built up inside me and I felt an even greater urge to fix this. I knocked on the door and heard Daniel say "come in" I went in and closed the door behind me.

"Hey Dani," "How've you been?" he said. "I'm fine, you?" "Heartbroken, but it doesn't matter to you." I heard him mutter under his breath. "Excuse me what?" "Nothing." I sat on the bed beside him, "Daniel, what's wrong?" he narrow-eyed me and then unlocked his phone and started scrolling through it. I pulled it and threw it across the room onto Jack's bed.

"Hey, what was that for?" "That was for me asking you a question and you ignoring me." "Can't you realize sh*t?" "It would help if you spoke dumbo." Daniel sighed and decided to speak at last.

"I asked you first and you said you weren't ready and I waited for a really long time and as soon as you are ready you say yes to him?" "What are you talking about?" "I'm talking about...

flashback.

"Briar I've been needing to get something off my chest for the longest time ever."

"Daniel all of you guys are my best friends, I'll help anyone in need. Is anything wrong?"

"Nope, it's exactly how I imagined it," Daniel said and placed his arm on Briar's thigh, she was uncomfortable and immediately moved her leg away from him.

"Briar I love you. I've always loved you, you've always been the one I wanted... you're just perfect, you're amazing, funny, beautiful."

He was out of breath and continued by saying "Briar I would be the luckiest man to call you my girlfriend, so will you be my girlfriend?"

end of flashback.

"Daniel," "No Bri, don't call me," I stayed silent. "It only makes me want you more." "I'm sorry but I want Jack and Jack wants me." I said. "It doesn't change the fact I asked you first." "It's because I felt bad saying no." "I don't give a f*ck anymore, Just stay away from me."

He left the room and I heard Jack's voice approaching the room and I fix my hair quickly. And then I realized that I had told him that I came up to grab something and come back down. So I got up and pretended that I was searching for something in his closet.

"Did you find what you were looking for?" Jack said with his arms crossed. "No sadly," I replied and I felt the heat in my cheeks increase drastically. "Maybe if you told me what it is you're looking for I could probably help you... since it's kinda my closet." He said and laughed and then walked up to me, and turned my face to face him. 

"What are you hiding from me Bri?" He said and looked closely at my face, "You seem troubled," I sighed and then smiled at the fact of how he can see through me with such ease. "You can tell me anything, you know that Briar." "I know Jack," I said and looked away from him again. He pulled me back to face him and gave me a peck on my lips. I smiled instantly.

"Ok now tell me what's wrong?" "Ok so Jack a lot happened but can you just promise me that you won't react terribly because I handled everything pretty well, okay?" He smirked, "I'll try." "Trying won't cut it," I said and gave him a pout face. "Okay chill woman, are you gud bro?" He spoke once more saying, "Ok fine I promise." 

I started speaking about the entire daniel situation in hopes that he wouldn't attack him...

"So yeah Jack, your roommate, bandmate, and best friend loves me and asked me out before you." "I can't believe it." is all he replied with the entire time.

Jack's P.O.V.

"Jack ever since Daniel first met me and gave me that long-ass hug, he's loved me." I gasped at what she had said. I knew it and I told him off outside and he said he won't get involved. And then Briar continues by saying he even called her upstairs and asked her to be his girlfriend. What kind of friend would do that? and everything started adding up that's why Briar left that day early and only spoke to Corbyn. aghhh i wish i knew i would've kicked him in d*ck so hard he wouldn't be able to get children.

I was furious and wanted to eliminate him but I promised Briar I wouldn't and she said he told her that if she stayed away he might get over her. that b*tch better.

"Jack?" "Jack?" "Are you ever listening?" I snapped out of my thoughts and hugged her tightly. She started off being tense and then embraced me harder. Her scent filled my body with comfort.

 "Briar just don't ever leave me.""I won't." I held her hand and rubbed circles with my thumb.
