Jack's P.O.V. :

Today I woke up really early for some reason, I was confused. Cuz you know I never wake up early.. My brain was probably trying to tell me something, so I walked down the stairs and into the kitchen and flipped through the pages of the calendar, and saw that today was Briar's Birthday. I wanted to throw her the best birthday ever, nothing will ruin this day for us. I love her so much, she has no idea. I walked up the stairs and woke up all the boys and told them to get changed and that we had planning to do.

We began planning for her birthday, and for her big surprise and we started inviting people that we knew that Briar would like to be there. We picked out a cake and ordered it. We ordered like fifty billion pizzas. I started decorating the house with balloons and lights. I wanted to surprise Briar with something privately on the rooftop, in the same spot we sat on the first time we hung out. I placed a fluffy blanket there and a few unlit candles.

Briar texted me, I must act like I've forgotten..about her birthday..

Noodle head: I'm fine, u?

Briar 💚: im good, so wanna hangout?

Briar's P.O.V. :

I woke up to my annoying alarm and realized that today was my birthday and a jumped out of my bed and headed to the bathroom and took a shower. And I made myself a great cup of coffee and I decided to treat myself with pancakes. I'm stuffed..let me text Jack. After I texted Jack, I was kinda surprised that Jack didn't remember that today was my birthday, but maybe he just forgot, it's no big deal. I guess I'll just chill by myself for the rest of the day.

Third Person P.O.V. :

Jack and the boys continued preparing for Briar's birthday and then agreed to take a nap because the party wasn't until later, they were exhausted because they woke up at six AM. After a long 4-hour nap, the boys woke up and ran thorough all their orders to make sure everything was perfect and ready in time for the party. They began planning how they would surprise Briar and they all agreed that Jack would tell her to get dressed up and picks her up. Then he'd take her to the rooftop and they'd chill and talk there until they got everything and everyone ready to surprise her.

Jack's P.O.V. :

I decided to take a shower so that I don't end up killing Bri with my stench. After my long shower, I kept contemplating about whether I should tell Bri that I love her or not, or if I should ask her out. Agghhhh why is love so fucking complicated?...what am I going to say just "briar be my girlfriend"..oof who would agree to that? I don't know I'll figure it out later..let me just call her.

Briar's P.O.V. :

I see Jack's name pop up on my phone and I kind-of run-up to it and answer excitedly 'cause maybe he remembered that today's my birthday. He greeted me really awkwardly like he was nervous or something. I feel like he is hiding something from me.

phone call between Jack and Briar:

Jack: hey briar

Briar: Hi Jack, whatsup.

Jack: Nothing really.

Briar: Then Why'd you call me?

Jack: Can you be ready by 7 pm for something?

Briar: What should I wear?

Jack: You'll look beautiful in anything.

Briar: Jack..thanks, but seriously.

Jack: Ok something kinda formal.

Briar: okay I guess.

Jack: gotta go byeeee
