In the following days, Taehyung practiced fighting in the mornings, ran as a wolf through the pack terrain in the afternoons, exploring Jeongguk's and his own body at night.

He got better at everything and Jeongguk was proud of him. Soon both would be able to be out of their territory for the first time, without fear of having no chance against more than three wolves.

Of course it was still too early. Taehyung made it clear that as an unmated wolf he didn't want to set a foot outside and Jeongguk became more and more nervous.

On one hand, he couldn't wait, but the thought of having sex left him no peace. Jeongguk wanted to do everything right, he didn't want to disappoint Taehyung or even impregnate. There were special pills for Omegas not to get pregnant, but unfortunately Taehyung didn't put them up well.

He got stomachache and headache from it. Sometimes he even felt so sick that he had to vomit. Condoms were not an option too, because as soon as the knot was formed, it would break.

Both had to act carefully, because their first time could mean that Taehyung could get pregnant.

They were still very young, not too young to raise children, but still they would rather wait a little longer.

Jeongguk avoided the topic for now, until they were both ready.

"Gguk, do you think it's too dangerous when we visit my brothers today?" Taehyung of course hasn't forgotten that Namjoon and Seokjin weren't his brothers, but he had been living too long believing that, so he had simply keeping it that way. Taehyung had gotten used to the idea that the couple were kissing and maybe doing more intimate things together.

"Yoongi and Hoseok have said that there are two distinctive wolves. They're Alphas of high ranking. Out of experience, we know that they never go on patrol without escort, especially so close to an other pack. We don't know what they are up to but Yoongi will be out in about an hour, asking what they want." Jeongguk had his cell phone in his hand and showed him pictures of said wolves.

"Oh My Gott! They look awful. The fur is dull and one has a bald spot on the back!" Taehyung frowned and Jeongguk laughed.

"Tae, these are wolves that have been trained for missions, they are strong, you could compare them to the military! They both seem to be the leaders of this military, believe me, they're no fun!" Jeongguk already had an encounter with this kind and preferred it if he didn't have to repeat it so soon.

The past fight had given him a scar on his cheek, which always reminded him that he wasn't the strongest out there. There will always be stronger ones.

"I understand, I just miss them so much, I hope they're fine!" Taehyung pouted and scrolled through pictures in his cell phone. Seokjin sent him some daily and vise versa.

Every picture of Taehyung also featured Jeongguk. The younger one knew nothing about it and usually had a funny expression or was just cute. Namjoon and Seokjin used these as memes or just as a cheery if they had a bad day.

Since Taehyung didn't come to the company anymore, it got a little worse. They weren't aware of how much their protege had actually contributed.

The project was on hold for the first few days but Taehyung still wanted to build the park. It was important to him to bring nature closer to others. How important it is to take care of everything to keep the earth healthy.

As Jeongguk learned more and more about his project, he learned that Taehyung was the right one for him. He knew why fate had chosen him.

The Alpha did everything necessary to show Taehyung daily how much he meant to him and how important he was. He shouldn't regret being bound to him. He should be happy and lead the pack together with the Alpha.

"Don't worry baby, they miss you too. They're fine, and once everything's settled you can meet them." He took the older one in his arms and held him tight.

"Thank you." Taehyung was happy to have him, he felt projected and cared about.

Yoongi ran through the woods with Hoseok, searching for the uninvited guests.

"Do you think they are hiding and don't want to talk to us at all?" Hoseok used the mind link to talk to Yoongi.

"I'm not sure, something is fishy and I think it's better if we return!" Yoongi couldn't hear birds singing, no other forest dwellers could be seen or heard.

Hoseok stopped running and Yoongi groaned as he almost ran into him. "Warn me next time!"

Hoseok gave him a look and then pointed his head to the west. Yoongi looked left and couldn't see anything.

"Wait a few seconds." Hoseok dropped a bit to his knees so his wolf's stomach was just above the ground.

"There!" Hoseok's tail slapped Yoongi and the latter saw what he meant. "It glistens as if someone is signaling."

A red light appeared and disappeared after not even a second. Hoseok and he had played this game when they were pups. It was already unconsciously training for later if they were to fight for their pack.

A piece of jewelry was held in the sun and turned until it reflected the rays.

This could only mean one thing ...
