Movie night

Larissa POV (the next Saturday)
A few days ago, Megan called me and asked if I wanted to go see a movie with her. She said it was a horror and she didn't want to go by herself. She had tried to invite some other friends but idk if she got through. Anyways, I know I don't like horrors but I figured if I went with Megan, I should be ok. I think the movie is called The Nun. Anyways, I got ready and it was now 4:25. The movie started at 5:10. I would drive to the cinema but my car is currently being serviced so I just called a taxi. I didn't want to bother anyone to come and pick me up. I arrived at the theatre after 15 minutes, so it was now 4:40. I saw that Megan was already waiting so I paid the driver and got out to meet her. She said that we were just waiting on one other friend that she called. I just agreed not even bothering to ask who it was.

Jungkook POV
A few days ago Megan had called me, asking if I wanted to see a movie. She said she had called some of her other friends and invited them as well. She also said I could take Jimin or someone with me to the movies as well if I wanted so I asked him but he said he couldn't because he was busy. I didn't want to bother the others either so I just decided to go by myself. I got in my car and drove to the cinema. After I parked, I got out and walked over to the entrance. There, I saw Megan already waiting with... LARISSA?!?!
So that's the other friend that came along... I started getting a bit nervous. I like Larissa, a lot. I think I have a... crush on her... but... idk if she likes me back. In fact, I think she hates me. That thought made me frown a bit but it's probably the truth. I walked over to them and the shocked expression on Larissa's face told me she was not expecting to see me here. She probably didn't know I was coming. She looks cute when she's surprised. Ah what am I doing? If only I could tell her how I truly feel. Larissa what are you doing to me??

Larissa POV
We waited for a few minutes then I saw someone walking up to us and Megan walked forward a bit to greet them. When I looked closer, I saw it was... JUNGKOOK?!?! So he's the friend that Megan invited??? I wasn't expecting him to be here at all. But nevertheless, I was kinda happy. I think I have started to develop feelings for him. I don't know how. I thought I hated him... But now I guess I realized I actually like him... But I don't think he likes me back. After all, I have been making it seem like I hate him and he probably thinks that too. But... I don't. Jungkook... I... like you...

Megan POV
I greeted Jungkook. I watched how Jungkook and Larissa looked at each other. I could practically see the love pouring out of their eyes lol. Why don't they just tell each other?! Anyways... on with the plan! I quickly texted Y/N that they both arrived. We headed towards the door to the inside of the building. I took out an envelope and gave them both their tickets. A minute later I got a call. I quickly picked up, hiding the caller ID.
"Megan you ready to initiate the plan?"
"Yeah, hello, WHAT?!?! ENERGENCY?!?! I'LL BE THERE RIGHT AWAY!!!!" I yelled.
I hung up and turned to Jungkook and Larissa.
"I'm so sorry guys. An emergency came up. I have to go but I don't want you to waste the tickets so go watch the movie without me." After that, I ran off before they could protest. I drove off to Y/N's house and we hi-fived each other.
"Good work, Megan."
"Well I couldn't have done it without your help."

Larissa POV
Megan told us to go watch the movie ourselves and then ran off. I guess we have no choice. She left us here with our tickets. We went inside and sat on our seats after buying popcorn. Soon the movie started. It started off ok but then there were some scary parts. Every time there was a jump scare, I grabbed Jungkook's arm. I didn't even really notice or thought much of it. It was just a natural thing for me to do when I got scared but when I realized I knew I must've been blushing hard. Good thing it was dark so no one could see.

Jungkook POV
We watched the movie and I was really enjoying it. I didn't realize that Larissa was clinging onto my arm until later in the movie. I knew she was scared of horror movies but I couldn't help but think about how adorable she was. I must've been blushing so hard right now but thankfully no one could see. I noticed that she started to shiver. She must be cold so I took off my jacket and handed it to her.
"Here. It'll keep you warm." I told her, handing her the piece of clothing.
"Are you sure you won't feel cold too?" She asked. I shook my head saying no and she accepted the gesture. She looked cute in the jacket as it was a bit big on her. Ah what am I saying? What are you doing to me Larissa?

Larissa POV
The movie finally ended after one and a half long, very long, hours. Let's just say me and horror movies don't go well together. Anyways, we walked out into the parking lot. I took off Jungkook's jacket and handed it back to him while thanking him. It smelled just like him and it was so warm and comfy. I probably sound creepy but it's the truth. Jungkook smells amazing and his scent was on his jacket.
"Do you want me to walk you to your car?" Jungkook suddenly asked.
"Oh, um... actually my car is being serviced so I took a taxi this time." I replied.
"Oh, do you want me to drop you home then?" He offered.
"Are you sure? I can just call a taxi back."
"No it's fine, I can drop you off if you want."
"Well... okay..."
We walked to Jungkook's car and got in. The ride was pretty silent and a bit awkward you could say. I kept remembering how I grabbed onto Jungkook for the movie and I felt so embarrassed. Why do I have to be so scared of horror movies? Anyways, we decided to get some food for dinner first. We got some takeout and Jungkook dropped me back at my house with my food. I said goodbye and went inside. After eating, I got ready for bed and laid down. I couldn't stop thinking about Jungkook. I thought I hated him? But what's happening now? I'm falling for him? But how? I can't, right... ? My brain is telling me I hate him but my heart is telling me I love him. I mean, I guess he's not who I thought he was or maybe he's changed. But I guess I have to face the fact... I. Love. Jeon. Jungkook. With that thought in mind, I fell asleep.

Jungkook POV
I drove back to my house after dropping Larissa off at her house. I quickly ate and went upstairs to shower, brush my teeth, change and all that stuff. I laid in bed thinking about today, about a certain girl that stole my heart. Larissa. I thought she hated me honestly but she didn't act that way. She was actually nice? And she talked to me? Well I guess maybe she changed her mind. But I still love her. I'm falling for her. But I still don't know if she feels the same way. What if she doesn't? But at least I know I'm making progress. At least she doesn't hate me anymore. At least we're on good terms. Maybe we can at least be friends first. I'm one step closer but how can I know it'll go that way? We'll just have to find out. But I just know that I love her whether she hates me or not. I can't control that and my heart is telling me I love her and I can't change that no matter how hard I try. Larissa, I love you... but do you feel the same... ?

Hey, in case you're wondering, Megan told Jungkook he could bring along Jimin so he asked Jimin but he declined because Megan told him and the others to decline and come up with an excuse if he asked so yh... that was the plan. Megan just didn't want Jungkook to get suspicious or feel uncomfortable since it might be random.
