"Ladybug, time for school." My daddy yells to me from downstairs. Today is my last day of school cause mommy says we're moving to a new state. I grab my pink little backpack and skip down the stairs.
I walk over daddy and he picks me up sitting me on his hip. A second later my mommy comes out of the hallway and towards us.
She kisses my cheek "Ready for your last day." She asks me while digging through her purse. "Yeah, mommy." I say a little sad because I won't be able to see leo anymore.
Leo is my best friend since the first day we met. As I was getting picked on by a couple of boys he scared them off and came over to me and asked me if I was okay and somehow we became best friends.
Mommy buckles me into my car seat and clothes the car door. When she gets into the the car, she turns the car on and pulls out of the driveway.
While we drive to my school I put on my headphones and watch Scooby-Doo. It the movie where they all go to the island Hawaii, I think it's called Scooby-Doo Aloha or something.
About 10 minutes into the movie something taps me on the shoulder. I look up and see we have arrived at my school. I paused the movie and take my headphones off. I hop out of the car and grab my backpack.
"Have a good last day honey." My mommy says over the music.
"Bye" I say back and close the door. I skip up the stairs and open the door. I walk in and put my bag in the cubbie and then walk into to my class.
"Hi, Mrs. Gains." I wave to my teacher walking up at her desk.
"Hello Luna." She says with her southern accent while she eats some carrots.
"I made you this!" I say while a piece of paper out of my bag. I hand it to her and see a smile pull on her face
"Oh thank you Luna, it's beautiful." She says while hugging me. I painted her a colorful elephant, she told me it was her favorite animal.
"Why don't you go take your seat class will be starting soon." She tells me putting the paper on her desk. I nod and walk over to my table which is next to Leo's but he's not here yet.
I pull out my favorite book 'fairy princess's' and start reading.
"Hey, little Dove." Someone special says to me while tapping my shoulder. I look up and immediately tackle him to the floor.
"I missed you" I say to him.
"You saw me yesterday." He chuckled.
"Still" I say hugging him tightly.

Its the second recess time now which is the last part of the school day and me and Leo are sitting on a bench holding hands.
"I'm gonna miss you." He says turning to look at me.
"I wish I didn't have to go." I say to him squeezing his hand. He squeezes it back.
"I got you a gift." He says reaching into his pocket.
"Close you eyes" he says hiding what is in his hand. I close my eyes and feel him lift my hand and put something in it.
"Okay, open them." He says after a second. I open my eyes and look down and see a bracelet with a little dove on it.

"Ilove it." I say trying to put it on, but failing.
"Here let me help." He says clasping the bracelet together.
"Thank you." I say to him and see a tint of pink on his cheeks.
"Close your eyes" I say to him and he raises his eyebrows but closes them.
In a quick motion I kiss him on his lips.

That was the last day I spent with leo before me and my parents moved. They told me we would be moving to California, but little did I know that wasn't the case at all.
Apparently, my parents thought that money was more important than there own child.
