9. The Ride

I was sitting in the car staring out the window, bored as heck while bouncing my leg up and down for no reason what so ever. Lucious put his hand on my leg and sparks shot up it making me jump out of my skin

"Sorry," he smiled sheepishly and took his hand off, "I didn't mean to scare you."

I stared at him for a along minute then entertwined my hand with his. He smiled at me and pulled me closer. Inestled into him and looked up at his eyes.

The green was a mix of dark and light and with my sharpened sences I could see all the different specks in them. I could also see the tiredness in them.

"You can go to sleep you know?" I asked him.

"Okay, wake me up when we get there," he told me.

He soon fell asleep and Drake followed suit. Louise and I were the only ones awake.

There was silence as I looked out the window still in Lucious's hold. Every passing minute was filled with sparks from our bodies touching.

"Look Simone," she said and i turned my attention to her. "Hmm?"

"I'm sorry I left like that and didn't tell you." She paused, "it's just i couldn't tell anyone and people would have asked questions if I-"

I cut her off "I totally understand. I mean I wouldn't have at the time but now I kinda have to believe you."

I shrugged, when she first left I was miserable, she was the one who kept people away from me and after she left it was horrible. I learned gymnastics and fighting lessons from her though and I got to use them alot and won alot of competitions. People eventually stopped messing with me and I went unnoticible for the rst of the time up untill I left.

She laughed at my statement and I smiled faintly with her.

"Come here," she stood and I followed her we hugged standing up. At this time the driver decided to hit a pot hole and we lost our balance and fell. A startled cry came out of my mouth waking up the boys.

"What-what happened?" Drake said sleepily as he jumped up, he tripped over my foot and fell to the ground beide us. Louise started laughing and I couldn't stop.

Lucious stood up and Drake grabbed his leg so he fell too, the only difference is he fell on me and I was knocked breathless. He had his hands on either side of my head and the rest of his body was on top of mine.

The sparks, oooh the sparks were everywhere he was touching me. "Well this is comfortable," he said.

Being the me I was I laughed and rolled on top of him. Now he was the one breathless. "No this is comfortable."

We both just stared into each others' eyes, not moving a muscle.

"Will you kiss already and be done with it?" Drake yelled.

I broke eye contact and stuck my tounge out at him. We hit another bump and my arms slipped. I fell onto his chest, " seriously think you did that on purpose."

I got up and almost kneed him in the cods. (Cods means nuts.)

"Dammit why are ther so many bumps on this road." I asked while Louise scolded me for my language.

I sat back in my seat and she laughed as I struggled to get up. I helped Lucious up and he pulled me back down on top of him.

"Oh my god!" I exclaimed as I helped him up and didn't fall. "This is going to be a long car ride."

We got situated and talked about everything in small talk, nothing big I mostly focused my attention on the window until I fell asleep.
