Clark's POV

Seeing my new babe in deep thoughts and wasn't comfortable I called out to her, "babe"....

Uhmm... Am sorry, was just.......

"I know", I said cutting her short.. It's high time we left I added since your having a second thought about us being together

"No clark" I said in a strong low tone... That's not it, yes i was thinking about us but not the way you're seeing it....

Okay babe, I told her.. But we still have to leave this place it's becoming weird for me especially now that people are staring at us mostly me...

Ok babe, she said as she stood up and took her bag.... Meet me outside she added then placed a kiss on my lips...

I followed her not quite long after she left... Immediately we entered the car I started talking without even thinking of what I was saying..

Babe, am sorry... I thought you were having a rethink about us... Am scared here, have never been in a relationship before neither have I told anybody about my childhood except my best friend, try and understand me... Am scared, am badly scared here... I don't even know what's happening to me again... Ever since I met you, everything changed.. Babe I.....

"Shhhhhhh", she said and gave me a kiss that seemed the best since we started kissing..

I love you clark, and nothing can change that, not even the your childhood history or anything at all.. She assured me which made me at ease a little..

"I love you too leah",I said as we closed the little gap between us and kissed for what seemed like forever until I heard a knock on the door of my car....

As I came down from the car I saw my best friend Scott...

Hey dude, what's up? I asked surprised as he didn't reply to my greetings instead he asked "guy who's that fine chick in your car"..

Guy, don't go there.. She's untouchable I said firmly and a little bit harsh in my tone..

Dude, it was just a harmless question, take it easy on me.. So who's she? He asked with a smirk in his smile...

"My girlfriend"... I told him as I gave him a devilish smile due the shock on his face...

Your what? He asked still in shock..

Hold on, was she the reason you were acting all strangely the day I came over to your work place that evening? Scott asked in a low tone this time.... Not letting me say a word, he continued

Wow dude, she's amazing... You really got taste for women and if I was told without seeing for myself I wouldn't believe it... Good job man!

Still not allowing me speak, he added "but when did all this stuff start"? Am lost here... I thought my best friend wasn't interested in women, what changed man? He asked hitting me by the head and laughed...

Hey, you have asked me over hundred questions without letting me answer even one... Chill man, I will give you your answers but first meet my babe.. I told him as I went to the passenger side of the car where Leah was watching us from.

Babe, meet Scott... I said as she came down from the car...

"Hey beautiful", Scott waved as she waved back and said..

Hi, good evening Scott... Nice meeting you, clark here has told me a lot about you and am pleased to finally meet you... Leah said smiling as Scott dragged her into a hug...

Nice meeting you to dear... You're indeed beautiful... Scott replied as he pulled out from the hug...

Hey, why don't we go out and have some fun Scott said as I cut him short...

Ehm, dude... It's late already and I have to take her back home, besides Leah should me tired by now, sorry dude next time but not today... I told Scott as I saw his face fell and still trying to explain more I continued...

You know, leah had a competition today and I guess it drained her a bit... She must be tired and...... I was still talking when I heard Scott ask Leah "are you tired"?

Hey man, I was still talking I said forming a crying face as Scott didn't even notice my face as he said, "let her speak for herself"

Guys!! Leah called out..

Scott am sorry, am a big tired maybe some other time leah assured him as he gave her a light smile...

You guys just broke my little heart Scott said as he placed his hand on his chest showing us his heart...

Laughing hard I said...

Hey, sorry dude but we have to go now I said as I opened the door for my little princess to go in...

"Bye Scott, see you soon" leah waved before getting in and I closed the door as I went to Scott...

Dude, I said "meet you at home", as I entered the car....

As I was about to reverse, I saw Scott at the back of the car standing...

Man! Get the fuck out of the way I said playfully as I hit him on his chest....

Ooooooh! Sorry dude, didn't know you were going to reverse... Okay! Can't I follow to drop Leah off, I will drive behind you guys, Scott added...

Hmmmmm... Okay, if that's what will make you happy, sure! You can but I hope you won't lose track you know I said laughing as I got back to my car and reversed as I waited for Scott to join me...

We reached leah's place within thirty minutes...

Scott watching us from behind as I walked leah to her door step...

"Thanks for today babe", leah said and leaned in order to peck my cheeks as I turned and kissed her.. The kiss was so deep that I didn't want to stop...

Leah bit my lips severally to break the kiss but being stubborn and reluctant, I didn't until Scott who was at our back came forward and cleared his throat...

Am I interrupting something Scott said as soon as we stooped kissing...

Scooootttt! Don't ever do that again please man, I said in a low tone but a bit harsh...

Sorry man, you both left me staring and if I didn't do anything none of you would stop the kiss... Scott said forming a crying face as I laughed hard

Okay sir, you win!!

Turning to face leah who was watching like a mother watching her twins smiling..."babe am sorry about Scott, he can be a child some times" l said..

"Both of you behave like twins fighting over a toy" Leah said laughing...
I have to get going Clark, need rest more than ever... She added

Ok babe.. I said as I hugged and kissed her fore head as well as her lips.. I love you leah I said..

I love you more clark, bye see you soon honey, bye scott she called out before closing the doors...

As I turned to walk to my car, the look on scott's face made me laugh...

Let's go man I said hitting him on the chest as I walked to the car... You will find one too juss like Leah some day I added before entering the car...

What the fuck, are you kidding me Clark, I have a girlfriend remember Scott said as he entered his car and we drove off.....
