A spitting image, spitting at me,
Snarling and baring my teeth,
Down the bone, perfect mimicry,
But are we the same underneath?

Let us lift up the sheets of our skin,
Let me make us more than our flesh.
Let me see who we are really within,
You smell sickly sweet, cotton fresh.

You fill the chamber with your tears.
You're screaming with my voice.
I kill the me that shakes and sneers.
But it's not like I had a choice.
