This fanfic is based on the Korean drama 'Gap Dong' a.k.a Gapdongi. I'm pretty much writing an extended ending for it, minus the sad part of Tae Oh's end(shippers of Tae Oh and Ji Ul, you will be glad). You won't understand most of the stuff I'm writing unless you have watched the drama. If you are too lazy to, here are the (not 'full version') character intros(spoilers for those who wants to watch the drama).
Ryu Tae Oh(Lee Joon): A psychopath who copied the original Gap Dong and killed women, also wants to stop and change for the better. IQ of about 150.
Ma Ji Ul(Kim Ji Won): Webtoon artist under the pen name Mathilda. Helped Tae Oh with the 'change'.
Oh Maria(Kim Min Jung): Psychiatrist who also helped Tae Oh. A.k.a Kim Jae Hee, sole witness and survivor of the murders Gap Dong committed(witnessed friend Hye Jin's death).
Ha Mu Yeom(Yoon Sang Hyun): A detective who was promoted for catching both original and copycat Gap Dongs. Nickname is Mad monk.
Yang Cheol Gon(Sung Dong Il): Detective who was obsessed with catching Gap Dong. Grown close to Mu Yeom.
Cha Do Hyeok(Jung In Gi): Original Gap Dong who was 'disguised' as a cop but was caught. Was stabbed in the right eye by a prison mate and became half-blind.
These aren't the 'full versions', and I suggest you might want to read up on the old Hwaseong serial murders to gain a better understanding of 'Gap Dong'.
