The girls were at the hasting's house walking downstairs as Aria spoke up, "wait. where's Ian?" "don't worry, he went to Philly to be with Melissa." Spencer assured her. "I didn't realize life existed at this hour." Emily groaned. "that's just the hangover talking." Valerie rubbed Emily's shoulders in comfort.
"Come on guys, just walk." Aria ushered as she rushes over to Spencer's laptop. "you need to see this." "I always hoped my first sunrise would have tequila in it." Hanna sighed. "I always hoped every drink would have tequila in it." Valerie challenged as the three girls sit next to Aria who was typing away on the laptop.
"I'll make coffee." Spencer offered. "can it have-" Valerie started. "no tequila." Spencer smirked slightly before turning around to get started on the drinks, Valerie frowned.
"when it's ready just pour it down my throat." Hanna told Spencer as Aria clicks on the photo of Alison who is walking in Spencer's backyard.
"I thought we were done looking at this." Spencer stated annoyed. Aria prints out the photo and walks over to the printer. "I mean, we know the shadow is Ian right?" Spencer argued. "it has to be." Valerie agreed. "you woke us up for this." Emily sighed as Aria walked over to them and holds the photo and Spencer walks into the kitchen. "it's important, I couldn't let it go." she stated placing it on the island bench.
"Have you been up all night?" Hanna asked curiously. "maybe" "you have. one eye is bigger than the other, you look like a strung-out power puff girl." Valerie tilted her head looking at her sister before Aria snapped annoyed, "stop looking at the eye. just look at the picture." spencer turned around. "who's having coffee?" she asked. Valerie raised her hand high as Aria picked up the picture.
"there's only one place where this picture could have been taken from." Aria concluded. "where?" "alison's bedroom." Aria placed the photo back on the bench and Spencer walked over staring at it passing Valerie coffee.
"no, Alison is in the picture. she clearly didn't take that." Hanna shook her head. "okay but somebody in her house did." Aria stated. "like who. Her parent's?" Emily questioned. "no, her brother." Aria spoke. "Jason.." Spencer muttered "you know my mom ran into him at the bank. he's back in town." Hanna said. "why?" Emily asked
"I-I called him last night, talked to him." Valerie stuttered out softly. "we have to call him." Aria said. "no ew, I am not going to talk to him." Hanna said as Valerie shot her a glare. "me neither." Emily said. Valerie stared at the picture. "Val?" Aria asked.
"I will." she nodded. "look if you don't want to I can..." Spencer offered "we need to know if he took this." Valerie continued nodding at the girls who became silent. ~~ "I told you I would visit him." Valerie told Spencer as she followed her into the school. "You didn't seem sure." "I'm going to see him either way." "look i'm sorry, I needed to know the truth myself." Spencer shrugged.
