Katrina had never been so afraid in her life. She had been coming out of Alex's office when she heard the strangled cry. There had been a muffled thud, and Katrina ran toward the sound. Donna.
Donna?
"OMIGOD! DONNA! LOUIS, GET IN HERE!" Donna sat haphazardly on her desk staring at the city. Papers were still floating slowly to the carpeted floor. Her desk phone was on the floor, a lady's voice still speaking. Louis, Alex, and Samantha entered, as Katrina picked up the line.
"Yes? Hello, this is a colleague of Miss. Paulsen's. May I help you?"
"Is Miss. Paulsen alright? We heard a fall." The female voice said with alarm.
"Yes. We are with her now. What's happened?" Katrina knew instantly it was Harvey. That was the only explanation.
"I'm from the NYPD. I'm calling on behalf of Harvey Specter. We have him in custody now. Charges have been pressed against him regarding an Andrew Malik. Is Mr. Specter employed by your firm."
"Yes. How long until his release?"
There was hesitation on the other end for a brief moment.
"The charges are serious, and a case is being set against him. He's in interrogation now. Bail isn't set yet, but he made it clear that he wanted Miss. Paulsen notified. What should we tell him?"
"Tell him she's currently assembling a team." Katrina hung up, and looked back at Donna who was currently shaking and in shock.

She had to concentrate to breathe. She felt her whole body shaking. She felt like she was going to fall over. Her head spun, and she felt herself break ou in a cold sweat.
"Hey Donna," she heard Louis from somewhere behind her, "We're going to take care of this."
She saw Alex speaking. She saw them all looking at her with pathetic eyes, but she couldn't bring herself to stand straight. Was she crying? All she heard was that stupid woman's voice booming in her head.
We have him in custody.
Harvey. A lump formed in her throat. Harvey was in jail. Snatched away from her. She felt someone take her hand. Katrina.
"Donna, you really should go home," Louis said as walked over to her.
She looked up at him. Glancing from Katrina to Louis.
"Why do they have him?" She heard her voice break.
"Andrew Malik pressed charges against him. He's making a case, but the officer wouldn't tell me more. She did say it's serious. Bail hasn't been posted."
Harvey's license! Donna stood. Oh god! Disbarred!
"Malik is after his license." She whispered, and Louis nodded.
"Alex is handling it. I figured it was a personal case."
Donna shook her head as if to clear it.
"How is he? Is he hurt?"
"I didn't ask," she said with regret.
"I need to see him," she grabbed her Tru Bag, and slipped by Louis before he could say a word.
"Hey, Donna," Alex ran up to her, " I just got off the phone with Malik."
"What did he tell you?"
Alex sent her a look. One that Donna knew.
"Apparently Malik is opposing counsel. Malik made snide comments, and Harvey..."
Donna's stomach dropped. These weren't just charges. These were assault charges. Malik was going to use his history against him.

He heard the hurried click on the linoleum. Donna. Why was she here? She wasn't supposed to be here. She walked into the detainment room. Her eyes red rimmed and her jaw ticking.
A sharp sting on the left side of his face stunned him.
"WHAT THE FUCK, HARVEY?"
She'd slapped him?
"Did you just...?"
"HE'S MAKING A GODDAMN CASE, AND YOU GAVE HIM THE AMMO!!"
"Donna..." his anger started to boil.
"YOU'RE IN JAIL. YOU COULD GET DISBARRED. HARVEY, WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!"
He was about to yell back when he saw the tremble in her hands. He looked at her. She was terrified. Her breathing was ragged and a tear escaped.
"He knows what really happened, Donna. He was goading me. He was threatening to..." He reached for her arm.
She turned away.
"How is this better, Harvey?"
"BECAUSE I HAVE TO PROTECT YOU!" He exploded.
"When the officer told me, I couldn't breathe. I dropped the phone. I fell. Everyone came in to see what happened. Katrina took the rest of the call," Donna closed her eyes not wanting remember.
Harvey stood terrified, simply staring.
"My point is," she continued, " This isn't you protecting me. This is you falling on a damn sword. That doesn't help me. You out there fighting? That helps me. So you need to get out of here or so help me..."
Harvey grabbed her then kissing her hard and with a passion. Donna moaned and sunk into it, wrapping her arms around him. She gripped the lapels of his suit and pulled back he growled.
"I want you out of here, Harvey..." she said breathily.
"Baby..." He whispered into her neck.
"What did we say about that word? Bedroom only." Her hands splayed on his chest, cheeks brushing as she whispered in his ear, "Come home, and say it to me."
And she was gone. He tried to regain composure, but struggled. Chanel No. 5 was in the air now. Donna.
