I was waiting for Tammy at her house to come home. She was with Debbie Ocean, again. Her kids were somewhere with her ex husband on vacation and she asked me, if I wanted to come to her house. It all very new between us, because I'm her first real girlfriend and we still need to get to know each other better.

But even if I didn't know everything about her, I can tell you that I am really in love with her and don't want to screw this up. I laid on her couch and watched some TV. My phone was next to me and I decided to write Tammy a message.

Me: "Hey Tam Tam, when are you coming home? I'm waiting. At your house. Like you wanted me to 🙊"

I placed my phone on my chest and waited for her to replay. It took her almost 10 minutes to respond and when I read what she wrote I sighed.

Tam Tam❤️: "OMG I'm so sorry, I forgot 😩 I'm a terrible girlfriend. I'm heading home now!! I promise!! I'm so sorry 😩🤦🏻‍♀️"

Me: "It's okay Tam, drive carefully 😘"

She read the message, but didn't respond. I think she's really driving home now. I made myself useful and went into her kitchen to make something to eat for us. "Hmm, what could I do for us?" I mumbled to myself. As I rummaged through her kitchen, something fell out from one of the cupboards. I wondered what it was and grabbed it.

Half an hour later Tammy arrived home and rushed inside the house. "(Y/N)?" she shouted and I told her that I'm in the kitchen. "Oh my God it smells delicious in here" Tammy said as she entered the room. "Thanks, I hope it taste as good as it smells" I answered her and smiled. She came to me and placed her hands on my hips. "I'm really sorry my love" she said and looked me deeply in my eyes.

She has so beautiful eyes, I can't be mad at her. "It's okay Tam Tam" I whispered and she shook her head. "No it's not, but now I'm here." Tammy leaned down to me and kissed my lips. "Dinner is almost ready" I whispered against her lips and she nodded. "I'll get the dishes." Tammy stepped back a little and grabbed everything we need for dinner.

"What were you doing with Debbie?" I asked her as we were eating. "Nothing important, I just helped her with something" Tammy said and avoided my eyes. I hummed and continued eating. We ate in silence and after we finished Tammy put everything away and I got to the living room.

"What's wrong my love?" she asked me as she came back and sat down next to me. Her hand landed on my thigh and squeezed it. "Nothing." She came closer to me and placed her hand on my cheek. Her thumb stroked my lips. "You're unusually quiet today" she whispered and searched my eyes for something.

I sighed and leaned into her touch. "When did you wanted to tell me, that you're a fence Tammy?" Her eyes widened and she drew her hand back. "What? Who told you that?" she gasped and stuttered. "No one Tam Tam, I found something in your kitchen and now it makes more sense to me, why your garage is full with all that stuff" I told her and took her hand.

It was shaking and I squeezed it. "Will you leave me now?" she asked scared and I looked up at her. "What? NO! Why would I leave you?" I kissed her and she deepened it immediately. "Maybe you don't want to be in a relationship with a criminal" Tammy suggested. "Babe, I don't care if you're a fence or a drug dealer. I love you for who you are, not for what you're doing" I said and pulled her into a hug.

"I love you" Tammy whispered against my ear and I smiled. "I love you too Tam Tam."
