Meeting people

When Jamie and Claire left, Levon walked up to me.

"Glow." I waved in greeting as he sat down next to me. He smiled before continuing. "How do you feel about exercise?" I smiled because I loved nothing more. The pleasant burst of happiness and worked muscle pumping in your body after exercising is just amazing.

"I love exercise, " I replied "I do it as much as I can." Levon nodded, happy with the announcement.

"That's great! How many times a week do you exercise?" I scrunched my nose, counting.

"Three to four times." Levon waved his hand.

"Mininum, but still okay. Here at Fighting Camp, you're gonna need alot more than that. You're gonna exercise six times a week. Excluding Sunday for resting."

My eyebrows shot up in surprise.

"Woah, woah, woah. Six times a week?! Whoa. I've never done that before."

Levon gave me a small, reassuring smile. "I'm sure you can manage. If you couldn't, you wouldn't have been brought here."

I smiled a bit. "Thank you. For everything."

He stared at the almost empty room. "That's okay."

I bit down on my bottom lip and waited for more information.

"Tomorrow, you're gonna be exercising with some of the teammates. How do you feel about that?" I bit on my bottom lip again, highly nervous and a bit scared.

"Well, I can't lie, exercising with these good people here who do it six times a week is making me pretty nervous."

Levon shook his head. "You don't have to be nervous. You're new here. You're just going to exercise along with them at the gym early tomorrow and learn basic moves from a personal trainer ."

I wasn't relieved in the slightest but I knew I had to do it anyway.
"That's okay. Who is my trainer? I haven't met anybody here except two girls from a red and black team."

Levon laughed shortly. "Oh, that must be Jamie and Claire. Always ready to meet the newcomers. "

I smiled in return, successfully abstaining from saying how bitchy Jamie seemed.
"As for your tutor, it's gonna be a good student from one of the teams which will end up being your team because we feel you will adapt more to a teammate than a real teacher who you might not relate to."

I nodded vigorously. "That sounds great. When am I meeting this trainer of mine?"

Levon turned to face the doors. "Right now, in fact. Here he comes."

       My breathing literally stopped as a guy in a blue and black suit walked up to us. He had dark hair and sparkling chocolate (flecked with green and grey) eyes. The eyes were so shiny that they permitted me to see the flecked colors in them. He looked like he belonged in a model's magazine and not a training camp. His body showed his vigorous work out schedule.

"Hi, I'm Jax."

It took me a second but I blinked and answered him back. "Glow."

"Jax, you'll be training Glow personally and getting her acquainted with the ways of this training camp. You'll show her around and make sure you help her in sticky situations. Make sure she understands her training lessons and keep her versed in the ways of this training camp. Is that okay?"

Jax nodded and smiled. As he smiled, his deep wells imprinted on his face AKA his dimples were prominent. "That's okay."

Levon turned to me and smiled. "Is that okay for you?"

Okay? This was great! Amazing!! Awesome!!! But of course I didn't say that. I simply nodded and looked down at my fingers.

"That's settled then. Glow, as he is your trainer, you are now a member of the Purple Dragons team. Jax has your schedule and he will hand it over to you when the time is due. Is this okay for the both of you?"

We both nod at the same time.
At this, Levon stands up and turns to me with an earnest smile on his face.

"Okay, I have to get going since all that is settled. Have a wonderful stay here, Glow."

"Thank you." I muttered shyly.

Levon nodded, turned around and walked out of the room.

The only two people in the room now were me and the Abercrombie model here.

We passed round a block of rooms again before I sat on a white couch inside the lounge.

"Wow. This place is huge."
Abercrombie model here, Jax, smiled.
"We haven't gotten to the main block, Glow. You really need exercise."

I stuck out my upper lip in an act of defiance, internally grinning as if I was drunk. "Weeeell, I'll have you know that I do exercise, alot even, just not all the time."

"Sure you do." Jax replied, his smile widening. I hit his arm playfully before turning serious.

"Thanks for everything, Jax. You've really helped me." Jax smiled and stared into my eyes.
"I'm glad I helped you. You're as beautiful as you're nice." My breath caught as I realized Jax just complimented me. We both stared into each other's eyes for a bit before a bell rang out, signaling it was time to head to bed.

We snapped out of the moment and Jax cleared his throat while my eyes dropped to the floor.
"Uh...here." He handed me a piece of paper that had the camp's logo on it. My name was printed at the top. It was the school's schedule.

"Oh, thanks."
He placed his hands at his sides. "It's no problem. Tomorrow then?"

I nodded, standing up. "Of course. Care to escort me to my room?" He laughed and nodded.

"Sure. Why not? We better hurry before the house watchkeepers start scouting for people out of bed."

I nodded as a form of reply and he escorted me to my room. I took note of my way to my room and when I got to the door, I turned around.

"So..."  he lifted an eyebrow.

"So?"

"Thanks for everything."

"You're welcome."

I bit my lip as we stared at each other for another long time in a moment before the sound of another warning bell rang again.

"Oh shit. Gotta go. That's the last warning bell. See ya tomorrow."

"See ya. "

"Goodnight."

"Goodnight."

He watched me enter my room before he left to his own room.
