Kirigiri flipped to a page on her notepad and opened her mouth, but before she could speak, Oma interrupted her. "How is Naegi-chan doing? Still making you smile?" Kirigiri smiled with irritation and looked at Oma, blank face returning.
"Please don't talk during the test unless you're answering a question." Kirigiri then opened her mouth to speak again.
"Say an obvious lie so we can test that the lie detector works." Kirigiri asked. Oma smiled and Saihara nodded. "I'm a girl." Saihara said. The detector buzzed, the light gleaming red, signifying that Saihara had told a lie. Kirigiri nodded. "Then let's proceed."
"What's the biggest lie you've ever told each other throughout all your time dating?" Kirigiri asked. Saihara put a hand to his chin, deep in thought while Oma relaxed. "Easy! I've done this before." The lie detector was unresponsive, showing Oma had not lied. Saihara frowned, not knowing what context that was supposed to be phrased in.
"Um...I can't remember.." Saihara said. The detector didn't go off and Saihara sighed in relief. "Next question. Have you ever cheated on each other?" Saihara frowned and Oma glanced at the other.
"Nope!" Oma said with full confidence. The detector didn't go off. Saihara frowned. Was the thing with Momota really cheating? Saihara scratched his head, unsure of what to say.
"Kirigiri-senpai..there was something that happened and I'm not sure whether to classify it as cheating or not.." Kirigiri raised a brow and signaled for him to continue.
"Well..I was getting help from my friend on how to be a better boyfriend..I wanted to be more dominant...and we had done a lot of things that I would usually do with Oma-kun, but it was for practice...does that count as cheating?" Kirigiri had a confused look on her face. What the fuck is up with these people? She questioned.
"I suppose it could be...but since you've admitted what happened out loud, just give your honest answer, not including that time." Saihara nodded.
"Other than my practice, I've never cheated." The lie detector buzzed, showing loudly. Saihara was bewildered, trying to regain his memories in search of a time where he could've been 'cheating.'
"Come on Saihara-kun..he doesn't have to know.." Akamatsu beckoned, her outfit slightly provocative. "No way! This is wrong and I'm with Oma-ku-" Saihara was cut off when Akamatsu pressed her lips to his own.
No way...my biggest secret.. Oma's eyes were wide as he looked at Saihara, shocked that the buzzer had gone off. "You cheated on me!? You actually cheated on me?! I can't believe it! I forgave you for the practice, but there was something else? Someone else?!" Oma had rage written all over his face, his body trembling. "Oma-kun! I promise it's not what you think! Really! It was..." Saihara shut his mouth, not wanting to say it. Telling Oma-kun that Akamatsu had taken advantage of him and he had let her? It was a secret he had lived with for far too long. And now it had caught up to him.
Oma felt his eyes begin to water and he sat back down, not daring to look at Saihara or Kirigiri. Kirigiri had the same stoic expression on her face, but there was a bit of empathy in her eyes, something she didn't know she had.
"Would you rather give the hurtful truth or tell a white lie?" Kirigiri asked. Oma had tears flowing from his cheeks as he mumbled. "It really depends on the situation...but usually the hurtful truth masked in a lie." Oma was holding himself as he trembled. He thought of himself as a strong person, able to take on anything and everything he had to when the time came. But...this? His boyfriend, the person he loved, had cheated on him. How many times? Who was it with? What happened? Was Oma not enough for the ravenette?
"I...would do both depending on the situation." Saihara said. The room was silent, no buzzing whatsoever.
Kirigiri shivered with the tension. "What's the worst thing you've ever done?" Kirigiri asked.
Saihara flinched, thinking about how Akamatsu had done what she wanted with him. He wasn't drugged or drunk or anything. He was just too weak to push her off.
Oma thought right away to the day in his childhood. The sweet breeze. The green grass. The lovely flowers. And the blood. He shivered and put a hand over his mouth, gagging.
"I'm waiting." Kirigiri said, crossing her legs. Saihara trembled as he stuttered out the secret he had lived with for so long.
"The w-worst thing I've e-ever d-done...is..." He stopped, thinking about his way to cut around the topic. "....was....cheat on Oma-kun.." The buzzer didn't go off and Saihara let out a sigh. Oma was visibly shaking as his head pounded with his answer.
"The worst thing I've ever done? The worst thing I've ever possibly done? Funny! I can remember it like it was yesterday! The worst thing I've ever done was doing something I shouldn't have!" Oma was shaking more, but the buzzer didn't sound.
"I need a clear answer Oma-kun. What was the exact thing you shouldn't have done?" Oma laughed. "Ah ah ah Kirigiri-senpai! I answered the question and the buzzer proved my innocence! Let's get on with the test!" Kirigiri sighed as she read the next question. Oma was shaking as he analyzed the two things on his mind. Saihara had cheated on him.
And the answer to Kirigiri's question. I killed my brother..

Harukawa was glaring at the two boys, making both vaguely uncomfortable. "Say something that's obviously not true so we can test this machine." Harukawa tapped the detector with her pen, then glared at the boys again.
"I'm straight." Komaeda said. The detector went off with a loud buzzing and Hinata giggled. "Why, out of all the obvious things you could have said, did you choose that?" Komaeda smiled.
"Shut up. We'll proceed with the first question. What's the biggest lie you've ever told each other throughout all your time together?" Harukawa asked calmly.
Komaeda frowned and Hinata tilted his brow. "I think it was, They love you!" Hinata said, glancing at Komaeda. The buzzer didn't sound and Hinata slumped in his chair. Komaeda frowned, wondering who Hinata would've lied to him about. Maybe his family? That's probably it.. "I uh...I can't remember.." The buzzer didn't sound and Komaeda took a large breath.
"Next question. Would you rather give the hurtful truth or a white lie." Harukawa grumbled, thinking about how Kokichi would've answered. Thank god they gave that job to Kirigiri.. Komaeda scratched his chin. "I would give the hurtful truth in all situations." The buzzer did not sound. Hinata pouted, knowing how honest Komaeda was ans he wasn't. "Depends...if it's something really heartbreaking, a white lie couldn't hurt." The buzzer didn't sound.
Komaeda glanced at his nervous boyfriend. Why is he so nervous? Does he have something to hide or is it just the anxiety you get from situations like this? Komaeda pouted.
"What's the worst thing you've ever done?" Harukawa asked, studying the boy's reactions. Komaeda gripped his pant leg and shrunk down in his seat. Hinata laughed nervously and looked away.
"I don't have all day. Refuse to give an answer and I won't hesitate to rip your throat out." Harukawa glared, making both boy's flinch. "T-The...worst thing I've ever done..." Komaeda gulped, "..was...s-st-stalk...Hinata-kun...before we met.." Komaeda rolled up into a ball, afraid to look at Hinata. The buzzer didn't go off and the olive eyes of Hinata and the ruby eyes of Harukawa both widened.
"Wait, what?! You did what?!" Hinata stood up, furious. Harukawa stood up, putting a knife up to Hinata's neck. "You can have your quarrel later. Answer the question." Hinata gulped and closed his eyes.
"The worst thing I've ever done is..." Hinata was forced to bring up memories he had shoved down into his brain. "..is...sell myseld for someone else's sake.." Komaeda looked up from his ball, eyes wide as he looked at Hinata's angry and solemn face. Was that why...he was so upset during the costume challenge? Why he looked so experienced being a slave?! He's...done it before?! For whose sake?
Harukawa read more questions, and as she did, the boys answered very monotone. They had spilled the biggest secrets of their life, secrets that would cause them arguments with each other, destroying what they had worked so hard to build.
