the real date

Well thanks lets go. He said taking my hand stepping out of his flat.

Louis' POV~

We were walking down the hall and i took another glimpse of her beautiful face, she was looking at me. She looked away quickly and looked forward. I just smiled and looked ahead. I was fairly excited, i was finally taking this beautiful girl on a real date, stutter free. We finally got out of the building and her gray-blue eyes shimmered in reflection of the sky.

"So where are we going?" Kirsten asked me.

"Well i-i... its a surprise." I had no idea. Smart louis, smart. She rolled her eyes.

"Maybe a picnic i brought a basket with a few things in it." What? Dont judge i didn't know what was going to happen.

"Alright!" She said excitedly.

We continued walking in tell i came across the park, the park me And Kirsten Met at.

"Uh how about there?" i asked pointing at the little patch of grass between the little brown bench and pond.

"Louis! I-i-its perfect." She exclaimed. You did good tomo, you did good. And maybe not so stutter free.

"Alright." I walked over and sat the basket on the ground opening it and grabbing the blanket.Ok maybe i did know. When i was done i had four sandwiches, two glasses full of wine zayn suggested to me, a black and white checkered blanket, and a little plastic container of salad.

"All set." I said to kirsten who was keeling down at the pond watching the little orange and white fish swimming and splashing.

"Ok." She stood up and walked over to the blanket and sat down again. "Looks good." She said picking up a sandwich.

"Thank you." i said taking a drink of my wine.

"I remember, when we first met...here in this very park." She said examining the beautiful scenery.

"Yeah..." i sighed now looking over the park as well.

"It was quite funny.....Well every thing with you is funny." She chuckled. "But you were just walking along and saw me, stopped made a funny joke, we sat and talked and i was sort of already hooked."

"Hmm." I said pondering through the good memories.

"Hmm." She repeated me putting her head on my shoulder.

"So this is what a real date feels like." I said out of the blue.

"Yeah, i guess so. Wait youve never been on a real date?" She asked curiosity in her eyes.

"Well i have but.... i dont know, it didnt feel as special i guess." Ok call me cheesy but,.. oh whatever everyone likes cheese.

"Well that makes me feel special."

"Good cause' you are." I said pecking her lips. "Minty." I chuckled.

"Well i did brush my teeth." She chuckled back.

"So what are you thinking about?" I asked noticing her just staring into space.

"Oh nothing just... life i guess." She sighed.

"You've tended to do that a lot lately huh." I said. She didnt reply, just kept staring. My fun instincts took over and i stood up wiping bread crumbs off my legs and taking kirstens hand making her stand as well.

"What are we doing?" She asked stumbling in tell getting her balance in her heels.

"I want to swing."

"Oh... well in that case." She took off her -im almost certain- very annoying heels. We walked over to a set of swings and she sat down. I went up behind her and began to push her.

"Weeeeee!!!" She said in a childish tone and i chuckled. Man, she never gets old. I pushed a few more minutes before letting her off and letting her put on her toms so we could go on a little walk.

"I probably look like a doof wearing toms and a dress." She said.

"But, dont you always look like a doof." I laughed and she playfully smacked my arm only causing me to laugh harder.

"Sorry but, no. You dont look like a doof." I said and we continued are walk. After the walk full of jokes and laughter we headed home.

"Thank you this was so much fun." She said standing in her doorway.

"It was my pleasure."

"Well, ill see you later then."

"Alright cya'." I said stealing a quick peck on the cheek before waving and walking back home to hopefully be accompanied by zayn. I had to tell him everything.
