"Wha...what happened?" I lifted my head off Luna's lap and rubbed my temples, "Where are we?"
She placed a hand on my forehead, "In the relics room. Sweetheart, you passed out." I looked up at her and attempted a smile
"I thought it was a dream."
"What was?" She asked curious
"When I was..." I looked at Luna confused, slightly, "..knocked out..." I sat up, "I remembered an old childhood memory. And I-" I could help but burst into tears
Well this was something new.
I never really cried in front of anyone. Nor have I cried before... At least not the way I am now.
"Loki, honey, please stop crying. What's wrong? Please tell me. I'm concerned." Luna wrapped me in a hug, "Please."
"You've never called me sweetheart or honey before." I pointed out, sniffling
Luna's eyes flashed slightly red, "What's wrong Loki? Do you not like your new names? Do you not like what's going on..?" She smiled wickedly
"What is going on, Luna?" I asked quickly, looking around
In one quick movement, she was sitting in a straddled position on my lap and kissing me, "Loki." She asked when I pulled away, "Do you not love me?"
"I do. But I don't know who you are anymore." I rubbed my head, everything felt so fuzzy
Luna muttered something, then grabbed my hand and pulled me to my feet, "Follow me..." She ran toward the royal quarters of the palace and I stumbled after her. We stopped at her room's door and when she touched the handle, it turned a different color. Blood red.
It had never turned that color before.
"Luna..?" I asked uncertainly
She smirked and dragged me into the room. I was pushed upon her bed and she turned. "Why am I here? What's going on?" I asked but she would not answer but instead laughed, "Who are you?"
She turned to face me, a candle holder in her hand, "I'm Luna. Of Asgard." Luna swung the candle holder at my head and the lights went out.
...
When I came to my senses, I was laying on Luna's bed, shirtless, in my undergarments.
Luna could he heard from the bathroom, humming.
"Luna? What happened!" I yelled
"Well... Things.." She dodged the question
"Luna." I sat up, "What happened."
"Nothing you should concern yourself over, darling." She spoke through clenched teeth
In one swift movement I was at her side with my hand at her throat, "Tell me." I yelled
"No."
"TELL ME!!!!" I clenched her throat tighter
"You would really treat me this way, Loki? You would really kill your lover?" She coughed and smiled at me
I threw her toward the ground and she looked up in horror at me before shreiking, "The child!"
"What child?" I asked as a bad throbbing started in my head again. 'Luna' wouldn't respond but instead smiled as I cringed with the pain, "WHAT CHILD!"
"Stop yelling at me!" She cried and I roughly pulled her to her feet
"You're not Luna! Get out! Now!" I yelled
"Would you really banish or leave your pregnant lover?" She smiled wickedly and placed a hand on her stomach
"No. What have you done!?!"
"Even if I was Luna, you couldn't banish your wife and lover."
"I never married. I never laid a finger on you that way!"
"You may not have when awake..." She hinted and smiled again
The pain in my head intensified, I fell to my knees, "What have you done to me!?!?!"
"The right thing."
