Now that you have a diet and are losing weight you gotta know something important! When you lose weight your skin gets a bit flappy, so you have to workout to tone up as well. Workouts also help target areas of fat to burn, for example the inner thighs for the much wanted thigh gap!

For private reasons I cannot share a photo of my face/ body yet! So I'll insert a photo of an ulzzang who shares the same body as me:

This is my daily workout routine:
⚜️ 100 jump ropes
⚜️ ten minutes hula hoop
⚜️ 20 squats
⚜️ 20 Pushups
⚜️ 20 Jump squats
⚜️ 20 second plank + 20 plank dip twist
⚜️ 20 crunches
⚜️ 20 leg raises
⚜️ 20 second Superman hold + 10 flexes

Stretches:
⚜️ left leg + right lug lunge 20 seconds
⚜️ butterfly 1 minute
⚜️ straddle 20 seconds
⚜️ straddle right + left 20 seconds
⚜️ straddle middle 30 seconds
⚜️ butterfly 1 minute

On some days (around three or four times a week) I indulge in targeted workouts, the ones I follow target specific areas:

Legs (Thigh gap):

Stomach (abs):

Waist (obliques):

I also do other exercises besides my workout, I start my day by doing 100-500 jumps on the skipping rope, an hour or two later I dance for around an hour, after lunch I do my workout (which I listed up) and my stretches (also listed at the top) I have a snack half an hour afterwards and then I practice mma on the punching bag/ and or the air. I end the day by doing a really painful stretching routine for flexible legs and back.

Now that you have a set workout along with some stretches you should be good to go! I would also recommend some cardio before doing the set workouts. My favorite form of cardio is definitely dancing, so blast your favorite kpop tunes and follow along the choreography. I would also recommend a random dance challenge to keep the burn going, the random kpop dance challenge I do is this one:

It's very effective and leaves the body all warmed up in order to avoid injury!! Enjoy this workout and blast it, stay consistent and do it daily to insure the best and quickest results!!
