Anyeong!! It's Momo here back with another chapter, this time around I'm keeping this a sweet and short chapter because we've covered most of the basics as of recently! Today I wanted to update you guys about something so little, yet makes a HUGE difference. This is... LENSES!!
First I would like to discuss the types of lenses to use and how to choose lenses for your eye shape, and a suitable colour. Then I will talk about keeping it hygienic with these lenses!! Let's begin everyone!

First, what is the purpose of these lenses? Well, they make the eyes appear bigger and that gives a cuter look. Cuteness, even if not your theme is something an ulzzang face should represent. So circle lenses are an essential to completing the look, take a look at unnie here with and without the lenses:

You can see a difference right? Of course you can! Which eye is more appealing to you? I'm sure you all agree on the after picture!!
Now how do you choose lenses? Well there are many factors to choosing some good lenses. First you have to take into consideration their thickness. Are you more comfortable with thick lenses, or do you prefer thin lenses. Personally thin lenses when it comes to circle lenses are better so they don't feel dense!
After choosing how thick you want them to be, you must decide on their colour. which is the most important part in choosing lenses. Most ulzzangs choose brown colour, or a colour that matches their actual eye colour (blue eyes with blue lenses, green eyes with green lenses, etc.) to add natural cuteness.

Picking out lenses isn't that major nor is it hard to do, however it makes all the difference, the hard part of lenses Is taking care of them! So how do we do so?
Taking care of lenses: This isn't too hard, the first thing you should make sure of is that your own hand is clean before using it to insert to lenses because if it's contaminated it could cause infections. Second make sure to store your lenses in their container, each lense on its own, in their container filled with contact solution in order to keep them moist. If they get dry they'll irritate and scratch your eye (specifically your cornea) which is why contact solution is important. You must change your lenses at least every month in order to keep your own eyes safe from infections and other kinds of damage!!
