It was frustrating to see all the vegan products on Instagram. Korea has very few vegan products in the supermarket. I can only buy whole foods such as vegetables and fruits. I wish there is a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's in Korea.
I tried making my own vegan ice cream it was horrible. I used coconut cream in a can and strawberries. I don't have an ice cream maker and that explains why it was not creamy. I cannot wait to taste vegan ice cream, the processed kind.

I wish Korea has more organic products available in stores. Shopping imported organic stuff online is too expensive. It's been 18 days since I decided to go vegan. I watched vegan recipes on Youtube, cooked my food and experimented on all kinds of smoothies. When I go to Starbucks, I only eat rice cakes, rice chips and nuts. Soy white choco mocha sucks so I order Americano or Teavana drinks.
I need a lifetime supply of pesto chips from Gourmet Farm. Took this pic in 2014. I was obsessed with these vegan pesto chips. I used to buy 10 bags at a time. They are so yummy and guilt-free.
