turns out Yumoto was a Yandere bitch and threatened Yuki to stay away from you and shit. At the police office, he lied about everything you know the truth aka you two being best friends. The reason why he stayed away from you because he neede dot keep tabs on Yuki to make sure she spilled no tea on nobody.
