"so Kit told me what you said about me" I say and lie back down.
"why did she tell you about our conversation?" he asks me confused
"Because rye she is my best friend and best friends tell each other everything for example when we start out pe-" I start to say
"no!- I don't need to know that" he says as fast as possible.
I start laughing.
"wow" he says shocked
"what?" I say trying not to laugh.
"that's the first time I have heard you laugh" he says with smirk.
"I laugh very rarely" I say with a smile.
"and you're smiling" he laughs.
"so have you got plans today?" he asks me.
"eh I don't think so, I will probably empty my fridge because I'm starving" I say with a yawn
"nevermind" he says
"what" I say sitting up.
"I was going to ask if you want to go get pancakes-"
"yes" I say happy.
"Let me get changed first" I say and run out of my bed.
After I got changed in the bathroom and did my makeup. I walked out and I didn't see rye.
"boo!" he says jumping out
"ah" I say trying to act scared.
He rolls his eyes playfully.
We walk to get pancakes and when we arrive we order them.
"so are you ever going to tell me what maddie is doing that I don't understand" he says to me as I eat a bit of my pancake
"she is flirting you, like she knows you're hot so she wants a hot boyfriend and well she usually gets one" I say to him annoyed
"wait so you're saying I'm hot" he says with a smile
"I never said that" I say with a glare
"you said she knows you're hot" he says
"shut up" I say acting annoyed
"so what did Kit say about our conversation we had" he asks me
"that you don't know why I act this way, you like taking the piss out of me and you like me as a friend" I say and eat a bit of his pancake.
"hey that's mine" he says
"well you see...it looked weird so I was just making sure it wasn't Poisoned" I say trying not laugh

"I thought I told you before--she is pretty but not my type" he says and walks foward

"someone who isn't all about themselves and doesn't give a fuck about what other people say" he says

"someone who isn't a dickhead and who can actually respect women" I say.
Rye's pov ~
So I think I am starting to like nessa, she is funny, sassy and actually quite nice.
"so what do you want to do now?" she asks and stands infront of me.
"well I need to be home for 1pm so maybe we can hang out on Sunday" I say awkwardly.
"ok" she says.
"bye" she says and starts walking away

Me and Vanessa didn't hang out on Sunday as we were both busy.
Vanessa's pov ~
I walk over to my first class which is drama.
I walk into hear someone singing an acoustic version of God is a women. I shut the door and turn around to see rye singing and people watching him on stage. Wow he can sing.
"hey Vanessa come join us" the teacher says to me just as rye finishes singing.
I walk up on the stage and sit on a chair.
"Alright so we need to try and get everything finished today, so rye and Vanessa yous need to finish the posters and maddie and Dylan nerd to rehearse there parts for romeo and juilet." she says to us.
I get of my chair and go backstage to finish of the posters.
"you are good a singing" I say to rye as I start colouring.
"thanks" he says.
Rye then sits next to me help me finish the posters.
"so I think I need a blue" I say to rye.
"is this one okay?" he says passing me a dark blue.
"yes, blue is my favourite colour" I say.
"really? It's mine too" he says with a smile.
"hey did you take my yellow?!" I say confused.
"no" he says trying not laugh.
I try to get it back but when I get a hold of it he doesn't let go instead we just look at each other. He slowly moves closer to me and put my head back down.
"em... So I think I am almost done" I say awkwardly.
"yeah" rye says sounding a bit hurt.
When the bell rings I run straight out of the hall.
Rye's pov ~
I catch Kit before she leaves.
"hey Kit can we talk" I ask her.
"yeah sure" she says nicely.
"so I maybe have done something bad" I say nervously
"rye what did you do?" she says giving me a look.
"so I may have tried to kiss Vanessa" I say awkwardly
I expected her to shout at me but she didn't.
"she is still getting over Dylan and her whole break up and if she gets along with you very well she probably does like you" Kit says with a smile
"so what should I do?" I ask kit
"either let her make the first move or take things slow, like really slow. Oh and don't worry I won't tell her" she says
"wait Why would you want to help me?" I ask confused
"Because yous would be cute together, Rye you are the first one to make her laugh so much in weeks and I want her to be happy so please if you are wanting to make something work don't break her heart or I will break you" she says.
