19 - So Is This How It Ends?

After I got changed I left the bathroom.

I was about to walk out the door but then rye Said

"where are you going" he says from his window

"downstairs" I say

"you can stay up here with me if you want" he says with a smile

"are you sure?" I ask and fiddle withy fingers

"yes" he says

I get into bed next to rye and shut my eyes.

Next day

I wake up to Rye's arms wrapped around my waist, I see his eyes slowly open and a small smile appear on his face.

"morning" he says with a raspy voice

"hey" I smile

"so I was going to wait till later on to ask you but do you want to be my girlfriend?" rye asks nervously

"yes" I smile and give him a kiss

"well I will have to go home soon" I say and brush my fingers through his hair

"ok will I see you later or something" he says

"yeah" I say and sit up, I then stand up and make my way downstairs.

I put my shoes back on and kiss rye goodbye.

I walk all the way back home and finally arrive back home.

I open the door and my brother was in the PlayStation again

"aren't you supposed to be at school?" he asks as soon as I get in the door

"well it's already 2:30pm so what's the point on going back" say walking cf upstairs.

I take a shower and then put on jeans and a hoodie. I put my hair into two French braids and brush my teeth.

I lie down on my bed and scroll through my phone

I watch Netflix for a few hours and then I get a knock on my door

"yeah!" I shout

"can you come downstairs" my brother says seriously

"ok" I say confused as I stuff an oreo in my mouth.

I start walking downstairs keeping my eyes on my phone.

"look I'm sorry I ate your oreos I will buy you more-" I stop talking once I say rye sitting on my couch

"oh hey when did you get here" I ask with a smile

"ten minutes ago but me and Theo have been hanging out for a while" he says

"cool so what do you want to talk about" I say and before I got a chance to sit down next to rye my brother stopped me

"sit there" Theo says pointing to the couch across from us.

"how do I say this" my brother says gritting his teeth together.

"so when I was at Rye's house today and I he told me to wait in his room so he could bring up snacks, I saw something" my brother says sounding a bit annoyed.

"what?" rye asks confused

"before I say, I'm fine with yous being together I told you that but... Why where my sisters clothes in your room" my brother says sounding pissed

I frooze

"Vanessa" he says to me annoyed

"rye come on" he says with a sigh

"sorry" he mumbles

My brothers eyes widen

"what!" Theo says and stands up.

He starts pacing up and down

"s-so you are telling me that my friend slept with my sister?" he says annoyed

"is that right?" he asks pissed

"why did you think it would be good to take advantage of her!" Theo shouts

"I didn't take advantage of her" rye says trying to say calm

"did you at least use protection?" my brother asks

Rye nods

"I think it's time yous end this" my brother says trying to calm down

"why?" I ask standing up

"there was alcohol in the room yous apparently have skipped school and he is not a good influence on you" Theo says

"you know what I will just go" rye says standing up and walking towards the door

"sorry" he mouths to me

"leave Ryan" my brother says annoyed

Then rye left

"what the f-" I say almost crying

"and don't think I won't tell mum and dad" Theo says mad

I run upstairs and start crying into my pillow.

I get a another knock on my door later that day

"hey sweetie it's your mum and look what you did was wrong and we can't change that so... Your dad has something to tell you" my mums aus from the other side of the door.

My dad walks in and sit up and wipe the tears from my eyes

"so you did do as I told you, you went near the guy who I said was a bad influence on you" my dad says to me annoyed

"so what?" I say annoyed as another tear rolls down my cheek

"rye was keeping me happy without him I would have feel deep back inti my dark place and maybe I wouldny even be here anymore" I say sad

"I should have known something like this would happen after you getting in trouble every single day, this isn't your fault" my dad says quiter

He stands up

"pack your things tomorrow, you will get the next flight to Australia and you will stay with your cousins Skylar and Kelly" he says

"what no!" I cry

"it will be better for you to finish of school without getting into trouble!" he shouts at me

"please" I say and fall back down on my bed

Next day

I wake up to suitcases in my room and I had a plan.

I quickly got changed and ran to school I texted all my friends to tell them I was leaving and probaby wouldn't see them again.

I run to school not crying but when I see Kit crying into Harvey's chest and start crying.

I run up to Kit and embrace her una hug.

"oh god I can't belive this is happening" she says crying onto my shoulder.

"I will miss you more then ever, I will call and text you everyday" I say to her as I burst out crying

"I will miss you to harv" I say and give him a hug

"I will try not to cry" Harvey says wiping a little tear.

"I will miss you too Blake" I say and pulls me in for a hug

"don't forget about me please" he says as he starts crying

"how could I forget my best friend" I smile

"Where's rye" I ask panickung

"he is in his car in the carpark" kit says

"okay one last group hug" I say and pull them all in for a hug

I run the carpark and look for Rye's car when I find it I open his car door.

"rye" I say to him.

He is sitting back on his chair with no expression on his face

I get in car with him

"so is this how it's ends" he says to me sounding hurt
