After waiting for what felt like the right amount of time, youse all left. On the way back youse didn't say a word until split off point. You were walking back to your house now alone , the night sky now starting to get more cold the later it got on. You couldn't help but re think about the whole situation with them dog creatures getting lost into your thoughts you never noticed the car slowing pulling up to you.
" You look like a mess " A familiar voice said as you looked to see billy in his car parked up beside you.
" Thanks " you said sarcastically as you went to walk away but his voice saying something stopped you.
" Get in the car, it's late I'll give you a drive home plus I need to talk to you anyway " He said as you got into the passenger seat of his car.
" Where were you today at school?" He said as you frowned your eyebrows and looked at him.
" Why do you care?" You asked him, shocked that he would even notice you weren't there because you didn't have English today.
" I was just wondering because you weren't in school today and neither was Steve " he said him now looking at you as you just say looking forward still, " so is there something going on there between youse?"
You looked at him with a face, " and what dose it matter to you anyway if there was something going on between me and him? There isn't for your information but it has no business to you who I am seeing " you said to him with a stern voice.
" Yes mam' " He said in his slightly cocky voice , "just the thought of you and Harrington makes my blood boil a bit"
" what do you mean?" You said looking at him confused now.

" I think you know what I mean " He said to you not exactly harshly but still some coldness in the way he said that.
You didn't know what to exactly say back to him you couldn't tell him the truth he probably would think your crazy, you looked ahead into the road thinking of something to say back to him. " How did you know I wasn't at school " you asked him as he scoffed slightly.
" Tommy , he mentioned how you and Steve both missed first , second and third period so by lunch it was pretty obvious you two had skived " he said as you looked at him.
" I just don't see why your making such a big deal about this we're barely friends " You said to him as his car came to a stop outside your house.
" Just don't make it into a habit " He said to you as you got out of the car, you gave him a nod in a reply to what he said as you shut the car door and walked towards your house what was about 20 seconds away.
That night you couldn't help but think about what billy had said to you in the car, it kept you up longer than usual but not too long enough to where you were knackered the next day.
