hi fellow people of the internet.
first of all I thought I would thank you for clicking on this, that's nice of ya.
I thought it would be pretty logic to start off by talking a bit about myself (sounds so narcissistic but ok) and introduce myself.
I am a 16 years old girl living in france who is trying to

get fit and loose weight.
so surprising who would have guessed that?no but on a more serious note even though I said I'm trying to loose weight I'm more specifically trying to loose fat and build a little muscle ya know.
I am not overweight and I have never been but I have always been bigger than average and people like my family always made me notice but I never really mind it.
now I want to "loose weight" to simply feel better in my own skin (which is so difficult when being a teen with all the perfect bodies on social media). I want to be healthy and feel healthy, basically, I dont want to have to feel guilty when eating a cake. maybe I will achieve that with a weightloss or maybe with just eating healthy, we'll see :)
just so we can both keep track I am currently
60kg for 165cm
I also think it's important to put here my measurements (which often means more than what the scale says) but unfortunately I dont have anything to measure myself yet, I'm planning on buying one asap tho.
I will try to get this diary thingy updated as much as possible but tbh I dont think I will have the motivation to write every day but u know what I will try to do every day ? eat healthy hell yea.
okay so that's that for me, if you want to share anything from your weightloss/weightgain stories to what is your favourite movie write a comment it will make me v happy :) u can actually send me ideas of things I could write about because I'm not very creative lol that would be helpful
